Epic told MS to put 512 RAM in 360 instead of 256, if MS didn't listen to Epic, 360 games would all have looked substantially worse than PS3 games and 360 could have failed miserably after RROD.
Requiring that the person link their gamertag or PSN account is brilliant. That way legitimate reviewers could check if the person at least played (and passed) the game before giving it 10 or 0.
Users could report people who didn't have the requisite trophies/achievement indicating that they passed the game seeing how every game gives you an achievement for beating SP and those scores could be removed.
I think metacritic user reviews would be a lot more reliable if there was some way of verifying that reviewer actually owned/rented the game prior to reviewing it.
I honestly believe a lot of the people giving 0s are just pissed off at some change the developer made to a beloved series or something else trivial and a lot of the 10s are people reacting to the 0s.

I thought Resistance 3 with Move was almost great but the huge reticle and lack of down the sights aiming brought down the experience significantly. I was hard to have pinpoint accuracy when the reticule was almost half the size of the enemy.
Killzone 3 (with tweaking your settings was perfect) imo.
I completely agree that most Kinect games are crap. I also agree fully that the Kinect is ill-suited for most games - as a controller, it is very limited from my experience unless it's a dance game.
My point was that if MS created Move they would have put all those hundreds of millions and hard work getting 3rd party support behind it and that could have resulted in some high quality Move only games or at least Move support in popular 3rd party tittles (BF3, COD, Skyrim...
Sony handling of Move leaves a lot to be desired, the actual tech is very good but there's only a few games worth playing. I loved Move with Killzone 3 (much preferred it to the DS3 for an FPS) but after that, my Move has been collecting dust.
If Sony treated Move like MS treated Kinect, Move would already have a handful of great games. The tech is really very good, superior to a standard controller for FPS games at least imo.
This console gen lacks the power for 3D, the only game isn't full of jaggies and sub-HD resolution is Crysis 1 and Crysis 2.
There's no place to rent game anymore where I live. Blockbuster is gone. I wish you could have digital rentals.
Maybe it was the demo, which I really enjoyed. I'm curious about Prototype 2 but I'm not going to buy it just to see what it plays like. They should have released a demo.
That Live action cutscenes looked very low budget and the casting was bad imo.
Ocelot's dialogue is still engaging though. That could have been much better as a CGI of in engine pre-render.
I haven't been impressed with anything Molyneux has done since Fable 1 and even that wasn't that impressive.
Not saying the Fable series is bad, it just isn't close to being among the best games this gen imo.

I wonder what Nintendo's research numbers are, they had to do their research before deciding to bet the next-gen farm on an innovative controller in lieu of power. So they must have gotten different results before designing the Wii U.
I'd give 360 the clear win but the d-pad is horrible but I suppose for most games the 360 pad is still my favourite.
Move was amazing in Killzone 3 imo....but unfortunately that was the only game it was actually better than a controller.
COD is probably PS3s top selling game each year.
Maybe 80% of N4G users hate COD but we're a very small portion of the game market.

2) Insert P90X
3) Press play
On 360...hard to tell but probably COD.
Battlefield 3 is the definition of waisted potential IMO.
The gameplay is amazing, everything else leaves a lot to be desired. They should focus on new and innovative game modes and more standard (local) servers instead of new ways to squeeze more money out of consumers.
I was hooked on BF3 now I doubt I'd buy another one.
Also, I still can't dl my already purchased Back to Karkland DLC without crashing/freezing my PS3.
The missing lights are a glitch in DFs PS3, the lights are in the PS3 version.
