Glad to see the current-gen going out with a BANG.
GTA5 and The Last of Us have me very very excited.
More like Sony/Microsoft: "Hey, why doesn't Nintendo ever want to play with us? Just sits there in the corner by himself ignoring everybody"
If I was Nintendo I wouldn't want to face the inevitable unfavourable comparison of putting next-gen looking games against current-gen looking Wii U ones... in addition to having all of the hot 3rd party game reveals NOT have a Wii U version.
It's already established that Wii U doesn't appeal to casuals so Nintendo needs to appeal to the core or just be content with Nintendo diehards, which would only get them 25-35 million console sales.
Wii U i...
Whether it's having problems or not, there's no way I'm buying a launch next-gen Xbox. I had 4 broken consoles before I just bought a 360 slim.
Sure there was a warranty but the hassel just wasn't worth it and getting refurbished pieces of junk time and again really soured me on MS. One didn't even work right out of the box. It was so bad that the people at Purolator new me by name, and going to drop it off and pick it up cost me travel money and my tim...
Apples vs. Chicken wings
Seeing that as advancements in ergonomics improve with time my list would be very short for all games excepts fighters:
1. 360 controller
2. DS3
However, PS4s controller look perfect.
I like my PS3 more than my 360 (because of free online) but the 360 controller is far superior to DS3.....
DS3 design is 15 years old after all, ergonomics have developed significantly since the original design.
The PS4 controller, however looks perfect.
I haven't heard anything about this game, I hope it's good but it's getting REAL hard to generate excitement in the MP focused FPS market these days.
I think BF, COD, and Halo must have 90% of the players.
Maybe 360 promises, but Kinect promises were outright lies.
The thing totes a touch screen controller as its major selling point and the even the screen looks and feels cheap.
The screen fails in comparison to any phone screen I've seen in the last 3 years.
The Wii pad was a bad idea and it inflates the cost of the system. Should have had a standard controller, spent the Wii Pad money on actual next-gen hardware power and released at least one AAA Nintendo exclusive before PS4/720 came out. Would have sold a lot...
So he's basically saying "my website's design space is too limited to present to news comprehensively, so I'm happy Nintendo skipping E3"
what a douche.
I don't expect any of the bells and whistles being free (like sharing, streams, etc.) but basic online MP and chat better be.
After a huge serving of humble pie from MS, Samsung, and Apple.
After half a decade of nothing good...Rare who?
D-D-D-D-AMAGE CONTROL.
I find COD boring but really, it's a matter of personal preference. They're too different to say one is better than the other.
That was probably the most impressive next-gen demo I've seen thus far and I've seen them all.
It wasn't Higher def, higher res, and flashier effects current-gen at 60 FPS. It was something I've never seen before.
Just bought Witcher 2 on 360 seeing that it's been discontinued.
Starts off AMAZING, until I got past the prologue and discovered half of the side quests are broken.
Cautiously recommended. Stick to main quest though, side quest markers are often wrong or don't exist, characters you're supposed to talk to are no where to be found despite the marker showing their alleged location.
Places your supposed to go are incorrectly mark...
So you enjoy being ripped off, aka paying for services offered free on every other online device on the planet just so MS can post greater profits? Then use that as justification for why you think MS is superior. Madness.
I bet you like paying for Live because to get "timed exclusives" too.
You know your paying money just to ensure that other gamers don't get something that you would have gotten anyways without paying, only if you didn't...
Duh, where do I apply to get paid to say the obvious? I need this job, where is it?
