This is great news and I'd never expect them to offer splitscreen. It's a demanding, unpredictable game with one player let alone two.
Will likely play through the entire campaign with my bro. Guarantees a bunch of extra sales.
I feel like this about minecraft too. I can come back to it seemingly forever.
"He valued his work, but he didn't realize the power of the industry. He had simply written it off as a child's plaything."
That's not always the ignorant party's fault, at all.. We've all had different experiences and different amounts of exposure to games. Its really common for people to be dismissive of things they don't understand. 😕
I get him being a bit bitter about it, haha.
Oops! 😅
Oh well, he'll make enough money selling his work in other mediums.
Yeah that was it.. it just seemed to disappear? Looked like they were doing cool stuff with procedural dungeons and creatures. :/
Hmm whatever happened to that dungeony early PS4 title that never materialised? It looked close to completion?
Every time a far cry comes out I end up wondering about a DLC/spinoff with dinosaurs. First we get FC3 and blood dragon which was amazing but not quite it. Then we get FC4 and primal, which is similarly close but not quite..
If FC5 manages to be the FC that finally gets Dinos I'll be happy. I'd love some "The Hills Have Eyes, but oh shit! dinosaurs!"
Problem is you either have to depower the aliens, have super destroyable scenary.. or have a literally impossible game. Or all three. The acid really should make swiss cheese of the map in most of these games.
None of the games, AVP, CM etc treated the aliens as the lethal intelligent critters they are. Isolation is the only game that got that right, but if you have loads of the aliens coming for you that sounds supremely difficult. Humans don't really survive these en...
I wonder if they'd be all raged up or if they'd be more like clickers. The idea of an elephant using echolocation to get around is pretty hilarious.
Content is changed in post release patches all the time.
Legally speaking you don't own the content on the disc. You didn't pay for that gesture at all.
No you didn't. Check the Terms & Conditions.
I cant see how it'd be a bad thing anyway? 😐
Optional feature in an offline game in which characterisation/plot is pretty much irrelevant.. it's a fun harmless idea.
Multiple best versions to cater to different needs.
I'd buy it if I had Switch, making it the err... 7th? Platform I've bought it for, lol. They all have their pros and cons, but Switch seems great.
Mobile plus a controller is potentially better in some ways though. Infinite worlds, mostly.
Pretty sure any worthwhile God should have more pressing matters to attend to than n4g posts. XD
Yeah, like it's some sort of competition. To be expected though. :/
Really. everyone should try to be better, not dismiss any specific case because "sometimes something else happens too!"
Anyone acts like this and they should be called out for it. It's not how games should be.
I like all three for different reasons. If I had to choose one I guess it'd be PC, but that's only due to the size of my library. *shrugs*
Why would she hate that? Doesn't make much sense. 🤔
There really wasn't anything all that unique about the gameplay, the only thing these games brought was the transition from platforming to boating/piloting with the same character... It's entirely likely they came up with it separately without ever playing or knowing about the similar thing in Sly.
What I'd like to see is something like mass effect with less rpging and with a smaller, firefly-ish sized ship you can pilot in the same way.. 😊
Holy shit yet please! The core gameplay/template in FC is really pretty nice and they've exhausted its modern day use really.
A first person open world western with a FC4 sized map would be so much fun, but yeah.. a bit risky with RDR coming soon too, as that may well be playable in first person anyway, like GTA5.
Or they just really liked it?
