That's true, but UE4 is looking pretty damn good.
But safe to say at this point, I'll take FB3 or UE4 over whatever COD still keeps using. That engine is ancient.
^But it's true, all software is licensed, as far back as the Atari. If you bought Pong, you don't own Pong. You can't reverse engineer it and claim it is yours. No. You can only play it and that's it.
And the fact the PS4 is launching in double the amount of territories around the world.
It's going to be upscaled to 4K. It's the same thing right.

I think in the U.S. the Xbox One will still do well. As for the rest of the world, it's all Sony. However, I'm 100% sure the PS4 is going to outsell the Xbox one in world wide sales from the get go. No, not because of any fanboy math or logic, simply because they are launching in 33 territories opposed to about 13 on the Xbox.
I must be going blind but the gun on the 360 version looks... better? Or maybe the X1 version is in the shade. I can't tell.
Didn't you know? 1080p doesn't matter, the gameplay is what matters. Play the games, not the resolution. Play the games, not the controller. Play the games, not the HDTV. Play the games, not what you see on screen.

GentlemenRUs, ^Wattage doesn't "pass" through resistors. Voltage does. The resistors are there to keep the current steady which is then converted to Power (watts) that the CPU and other components use. And caps are there to store Power to use when needed.
The cooling needed will depend on the TDP of the processor, and is usually measured by the amount of Power used, again in Watts. I'm sure it isn't much considering how efficient AMD's jaguar proces...
Looking at the Xbox One's motherboard, it looks to have the standard designs of a usual PCB. You have your caps, resistors, ICs, traces, I/O bus's, RAM, and processor.
Looking at the PS4's motherboard, it looks years ahead in design. I literally can't even point out what's what in that picture other than the RAM and CPU.
