MS has never seen this before because it didn't (cannot) happen. Fluids inside the xb1 do not defy physics.
I doubt this will make it easier on cooling. Having a heat producing cpu alongside a nuclear furnace of a gpu is not a good idea.
It's the way of the world. Only the strong survive.
Dreamcast says hi :-)
It pretty much brought fps to the console masses. Even more so than goldeneye ever did.
Whoopy doo.
Let me guess.
You're a Linux snob?
This guy is a joke.
Even if Sony make a better go this generation, this guy couldn't have foreseen it.
He changes his tune more times than a politician.
I'm still waiting for that day to come.
Do you get free fuel for your car?
Do you get free electricity to use your chuffing 'internet' in the first place?
No you don't.
So stop thinking people owe you something you didn't own in the first place.
You pay your isp to get access. You pay the console providers because servers are not magic and work on fresh air!
MS doesn't instruct shops on how to sell their products.
They might provide advertising materials, but its up to the shop in particular what they do with it.
Don't know about that.
My wife says her vibrator is the perfect bit of kit. hehehehehe.
He's worded his question perfectly to get multiple hits.
That's the big problem with gaming news sites. People have forgotten its about the stories and instead are more interested in how many people have clicked onto it.
1) Franchises. Although I agree some franchises are taking the piss (looking at you FF), this is nothing new. I was playing franchises back in the days of Spectrums and Amigas. Furthermore, a new IP does not a good game guarantee. As you'll know the stories are the same but with different characters.
2) Microtransactions. This is a bitter pill to swallow with big gaming companies. In recent years people have, as you say, been happy to get 'free' versions of game...
I couldn't agree more.
Since generally moving away from consoles and back to pc, I've discovered the joys of discounted games.
Loads and loads of discounted games. Game bundles. Some really quality AAA stuff going super cheap and amazing indie stuff that makes all efforts on PS and XB look utterly lame.
XB1 and PS4 will have to do soooooo much more to tempt me back to consoles.
@gaffyh
You're right about the compound. Plus very little is used and it would never 'leak'.
Another bullsh!t Sony fanboy article.
I'm bored of this idea that the xb1 has less potential. Everything about the xb1 shouts of variety. Variety in the way it can be used and interfaced with. Variety in the media it will be able to play. Variety in the games, much more than with the 360 where I agree fps and driving games were more prevalent.
MS is really going hard for games this generation by building up loads more studios dedicated to games.
Just because the PS4 is more powerful doesn'...
Well that's your opinion indeed. One I don't agree with, but that's what should be good about this site. Differing opinions, not just school yard mud slinging.
Bad risk?
And PS4 is the way to go? I hope you haven't based your argument on the PS4 launch titles, which show nothing of the supposed 50% power advantage!
Well surprise surprise. Just look at the fool who has submitted this drivel.
Full stops say hi.
