Yup, sony stated their upcoming mp games will be coming to pc, naughty dog stated they dont know when factions will launch or what platforms it would be on.
Tlou2 doesnt have mp and therefore will not be coming to pc until factions launches even then it will probably just be the mp.

I'd build an open world, post apocalyptic, ,team based, Horror game. Potentially On a persistent server. PvPvE. you can build up defenses on towns scattered add turrets etc. It would have the prone system from metal gear and play how the last of us 2 looks like it plays.
Would have shoulder swap, 1st and 3rd person servers, a range of other game modes. An ungodly amount of customisation. ZERO MTXS OR PAID CONTENT. ALL UNLOCKS THROUGH RANK.
