I'm playing on a 3070 and I can say the game is garbage. Not talking about bugs, been gaming 31yrs, I expect bugs.
The game is trash.
.
Not if they customise the design.
Copyright loophole 101
So? All Dbrand has to do is slightly change the design and there is nothing Sony can do. A slightly curve change here, colour change there.
Copyright loophole
@razzer through the amount of comments you've posted on this issue, you should have realised by now that there are plenty of loopholes when it comes to licensing.
So make an unnoticeable edit to the design. Slightly change a few angles here and there. Plus the colour changes, custom pattern designs and they then have ownership over the design.
legally all they have to do is make a make slight edit to the design and there's no issue. E.g changing a 15 degree angle to a 16 degree angle and change the colour.
It then becomes their design.
I'm pretty sure Sony wouldn't have a leg to stand on
@Esherwood it's a free damn upgrade if you buy a £500 console or graphics card. (Neither available) the latter require some months of waiting.
Cdpr absolutely conned everyone but ots everyone else's fault it doesn't run on the system CDPR says it does.
It should never have been announced 7 years ago, then they should have never hid the console version from everyone until after launch.
This was a purposefully deceptively move on behalf of cdpr
Anyone who hated on hello games should also be hated here.
It's worse here CD have all that AAA money from the witcher, yet still deceived everyone on a much larger scale and over a much longer time.
Syphon filter!!!
I hadn't a chat with a Dev from bend on twitter when days gone released, he didn't directly say it but he hinted that syphon filter was happening
"Dreamhouse: The Game is one of the first games using Unreal Engine 5, first screenshots"
Note:- "using"
Yeah but that's not what I'm debating. This is claiming to be using ue5, I'm debating that it isn't.
The Dev could be planning on using ue5 in the future but that isn't the claim made in this article.
I am developing in ue4, using next gen tools, I will be also updating my game to ue5 when it launches..... this doesn't mean i am developing in ue5
The next gen tools available nowadays are both pretty much exclusive to audio.
Source: I've been using ue4 since Feb
Seen this article twice now. It'snot even ue5, ue5 doesn't launch til next year
Ue5 doesnt launch until back end of next year, so how?
Isn't this archviz?
There is pretty my zero chance This is ue5
Lol, no
@supraman it's swung the other way this gen because all the petty 360 crybabies jumped ship after the 360.
Now ps fan base is swarmed with cry babies.
Ms need to do better so they all jump ship again.
LOl I wonder how long they'll deny this until they inevitably update the warranty...RROD2
"I give Epic no credit though. They're a wolf in sheep's clothing, and every thing they do is to make themselves look good as they try to dominate the market through shady practices" you don't develop games do you? If you only knew the amount of money they've invested in developers over the last 12 month alone. More so than any other company in industry.
