I expect the performance of nvidia 600 series amd radeon 7000 series to be a repeat of the present generation of video cards. 680 would take the crown while the 670 and 7970 duking it out..the same goes for 660ti and 7950. I just want to be conservative on my expectations. The key will always be price for pc hardware along with temps and wattage.
Halo was the reason I bought xbox and 360 so dont ruin it...i hope it would be great.
In the end, gamers would always complain.

If this becomes standard, I expect more innovative gameplay too. If all consoles supports this, then devs would be incline to implement this feature. Sony is somewhat doing it with Psv and ps3 and nintendo has the wii u. As long as graphic improvement is respectable, i am full support of what ms will do along with other manufacturerd.
At a financial standpoint, they should release it early. I think 2013 would be viable for them. They can;t afford to release late again because MS would definitely beat them as XBOX now has brand recognition.

I wonder why he is fixated on eroge games. Some eroge games have a deep story and they later become animes/novels/mangas. The author tries to generalize too much. Sure their appeal to the west have decrease but here in Asia, we still love their games. Different taste=Different culture=Different Perspectives.

I have been gaming for the past 10+years. During the PS1/Dreamcast/GB days, I highly play exclusive titles because I know they are quality games . I enjoy games such as FF6/7/8/9, Legend of Dragoon/Mana, chrno and xeno series along with shenmue, sonic, power stone..add that with pokemon and zelda..
That is also the reason I buy multiple platforms. Why doe this gen is so focus on sales, can't you just enjoy games because they are fun and you like them.
