Nice.
I didn't know that the Pro Controller also came in white.
Nice read.
This gen, being a Nintendo fan has become synonymous with defending Nintendo. I have no problem fighting the good fight, but I don't go looking for trouble. I try to pick my battles wisely.
On this site I don't approve any overly negative/bias articles, and I try to keep my comments limited to the Nintendo channels.
Nice read.
I want all of those things too.
Nice read.
Neutrality at its finest /s.
Well 3rd party developers say that it is next gen, but I guess they wrong too, right? After all, they only work with final specs that you mentioned... every single day.
They are wrong because Nintendo had a bad press conference, and because you saw some bad screenshots of ports, right? You have seen NOTHING from the PS4 and 720, yet are convinced that "we will see".
I don't have to call you anything, from any book, your comment sums you up quite...
I'll let you in on a little secret, we're tired of your BS too.
This article is only tagged for Nintendo. Everyone already knows why the Nintendo fanboys are here. They are here to learn about the WiiU, and show support. If you are so tired of that, then go troll somewhere else!
The million dollar question is, why are you here? From your comment history, I seriously doubt that you will be buying a WiiU. You never have anything positive to say, so why ...
I don't like to criticize systems that I don't own, but this is my honest opinion...
Sony may have announced the PS3-Vita combo, but how many games are actually using PS3-Vita connectivity? Oh and when I say using, I mean right now, not something that Sony promised a long time ago! Furthermore, how many PS3-PSP combo games were actually released? Let's give the "Sony, connectivity pioneer" act a rest, shall we?
We both know that the WiiU...
I want to frame your comment on my wall. Very well said!
Bubble+
Again...
For the little its worth, I never said that Nintendo invented, or inspired, anything.
I said that Nintendo can be great trend-setters, and gave 2 examples.
A trend-setter is a person that sets trends.
Ok, let's take a good look at my comment... I never said that Nintendo inspired anything!
I said that Nintendo can be great trend-setters. You don't have to invent/inspire anything to be a trend-setter. Trend-setters simply make something fashionable or... trendy.
Agreed.
Even if the WiiU is "easy" to develop for, this statement may never change. I am not a tech guy, but if it's Nintendo's hardware, they should know how to "push the bar" in certain areas.
Liar.
You're thinking about trolling right now, aren't ya?
---“...They [Nintendo] give no information, and want us all to proclaim that their consoles will sell record numbers.”
If Patcher had the information, he would be wrong about it anyway (as usual). This man gets paid to make (bad) predictions.
He cries "no information", and yet he has: launch titles, launch window, new controller, new network, and new 3rd party support. Any proper analyst could make early predictions from that kind of information. <...
It's already a game-changer. Take a good look at Smart Glass, and the PS3-Vita combo.
When Nintendo wants to be, they can be great trend-setters (motion control, handheld gaming, ...not so much online, yet).
Proud Nintendo fanboy.

This quote was taken from an interview that was posted on this site yesterday. In just a few hours, one quote has surpassed the entire interview with roughly 5x the comments.
I also wanted to mention that none of folks that are currently attacking the WiiU's specs, even bothered to comment when this inter...
You must have missed the rest of his statement.
“I’m a bit reluctant to talk about the Wii U specs, when I mentioned something earlier it got totally blown out of proportion and twisted. However while developing Tag 2, since it’s very graphic intensive because of the multiple characters on screen, there was still some power left over for graphic capabilities so the graphics chips seems to be pretty decent. But to be honest, that’s not really even relevant because people seem ...
It's funny because that statement is coming from a Sonic fan. When is the last time that he had an "EXCITING" and refreshing game?
It's ironic because the answer to that question is Sonic Colors for the Wii.
Well, that's the point of this article. The Pro Controller could attract more 3rd party devs. With a more traditional button layout, and no frame drop, 3rd party devs could definitely appease the "core" crowd.
But yea, as for Nintendo,... they should bring out their own "hardcore" games too. That's kind of a given though.
