You're right man, it really sux. I am pretty sure Xenoblade will make it, however, The Last Story seems doubtful. It breaks my heart too, thats the one i really wanted.
I am not trying to be a jerk, but this kinda thing happens every year (it really does). Not just with Nintendo either (i.e. Sony, Sega etc.). In this case, however, thank Nintendo of America. Xenoblade has been comfirmed for Europe.

Yea, i think you're right about true ps3/360 fans jumping ship. Although if Nintendo and 3rd party developers are able to use the extra screen in the controller to completely rid the tv screen of all game menus and extras, that could be a game changer. Developers could devote much more time to what we are viewing on screen, and move all the menus/interfaces to the controller.

I have to admit that i have mixed feelings tho. Dont get me wrong, I dont need a gaming console that does anything but play good games. However, if the Wii U doesnt bring "something" new to the table then it wont sell (atleast not like its suppose to). Without the flashy controller, and the "all gamers welcome" approach, nobody but nintendo fans will buy the Wii U. Even casual gamers have options these days. Nintendo knows what theyre doing...

The games will make or break this console. Im not talking about Mario, Zelda, Smash Bros. etc.. Those games are a given, and most of them will be very good. Im talking about the 3rd party, blockbuster, hit games that have avoided the Wii like it was the stink...

Nice article. I would say a little from columns A and B. Graphically it's suppose to be slightly more powerful than the ps3, however, when it comes to online gaming i only suspect it to be on par with the current xbox live and psn.

I disagree. Sure, with the arrival of the 3DS and the announcement of the Wii U, 2011 will be a bad year for the Wii. But there's new Zelda and Kirby games coming out for the Wii, and im positive that we will have another price drop.
Nintendo knows what theyre doing, and what theyre doing is what's best for you as a Wii owner. The Wii U will be capable of playing all your Wii games. Heck, you can still use all your old controllers.
