means this game is going to be unfriendly to racing wheels or attempts to use the sixaxis as a racing wheel. A racing game that makes it difficult or impossible to use a racing wheel is inexcusable.
who want a full body workout without ever getting out of bed, give me a call.
NFL2K5 was a much better game than Madden and retailed for $19.99. I am sure that made EA squirm so they went and negotiated a closed door deal with the NFL to cut them out of licensing their game altogether.
you have no warranty because Sony will say you broke the security seals and that the paint reduced the units ability to repel heat by insulating it.
Try Target. I noticed the day before Christmas they had some in the XBox 360 display, but they were in the bottom of the cabinet where they were difficult to see. So if you go there look on the lower shelves. You might be able to snag one.
HD-DVD won't play in a regular DVD player. That's why you had to buy the HD-DVD add on or else you would have been able to play them in the 360 DVD drive without the add on. Both HD-DVD players and Blu Ray players can play and upscale regular DVD's, though.
Consider how much you pay each month to play games like Everquest or World of Warcraft. It comes out to a lot more than $50 at the end of the year, and that is only to play ONE game. A paid Live membership let's you play every game online that supports Live, so it's a bargain. Sony's model of forcing content developers to pay for their online service isn't going to work. EA has already said they are taking a wait and see attitude before they pay to have their downloads hosted on Sony's server...
if they don't start selling like mad soon.
Will beat Motorstorm. The pics below are PC, but it is being cross developed for 360 and PS3.

MS does not charge you $250 to go online. Where the hell did you get that number from?? And where do you get $200 for a hard drive?? They are $99. Yes, they charge $200 for the HD-DVD drive but with the bonuses the cost of the drive is actually only $130. Don't forget, that to get the $70 in rebates for the Blu Ray movies, it is going to cost you at least $140 up front to buy the movies and then you have to wait like 6 weeks or more to get the rebate money back. Also, in addition to the $300 ...
at $20 off it's a steal. It's cheaper than buying it used, not that you can find a used copy anywhere.
I know if I was a high school or college student right now, I'd have more use for $600 worth of gas.
Way to go Capcom.
they have no competition now, do they??? If 2K had been able to get a license, Madden would be dead and buried by now.
Sony loses up to an additional $70 for everyone who takes advantage of this deal! :-D
How many losses can they endure on this thing before it becomes too much??
is in something other than a game console. Toshiba is working on televisions that include the Cell chip. I find it funny that Sony and Toshiba can be partners on the Cell chip and then start shooting at each other over the HD-DVD/Blu Ray thing.
no matter whose fanboys you are. :-D
They only just released in Europe. Nobody would be trading them in already.
that the package was tampered with when they bought it?? Unbelievable. What's worse is the store is trying to blame Microsoft now. If the package was opened, the store probably sold it once before and then took it back as a return and the person they sold it to loaded it up with porn or else one of the store employees did it as a joke. It wouldn't come from Microsoft in that condition.
Tomb Raider and Silent Hill weren't on that list. Then again, I've played the Tomb Raider demo on 360 and Laura has a fat bottom. :-P There's no excuse why Silent Hill shouldn't be there, though. It is the survival horror game that all other survival horror games try to imitate, but none have ever managed to be quite as eerie as the original.
