@orchard if the standard would be for any game to always give the same or better treatment to the market leader, that starts to sound an awful lot like a monopoly.
I do agree its just shitty to have such a wide gap between the 2 versions and that it shoudl rather release a bit later with more similar versions, but market leader has nothing to do with that.

@lego ofcourse they are gonna leverage the power of pc when they are porting it to pc, but thats has nothing to do with that they arent supporting their own console or anything. Do you expect them to release the exact same ps4 game which runs on hardware from like 2015? If you want to get steam review bombed, go ahead. @wave thats not DF's angle, if you want benchmarks for the cards that average Joe's use then there is plenty of sites to go to. DF is all about how a game runs with top notch hardware and the postive/negatives of the game in question running on said hardware. thats why these videos arent for everyone which is totally fine with me.

@gotta i have the same thing, I just cant get into the newer GTA's anymore. I can tell they are still great games, but i personally prefer the older more arcady GTA games. Nothing beats hearing: KILL FRENZY and then u need to go on a rampage in your car ;)
Vice city was also my favorite, partly because of the multiplayer mod which I used to play a lot with my brother.

I wish we could go back to those days, but it seems almost every company has forsaken that kind of mentality nowadays. Sony and Nintendo is one of the few ones who on a consistent basis deliver complete and polished games.

its not as if those issues magically appeared because it launched, if they had properly finished the game the majority of those issues wouldnt have been there. @stanjara im a bit more skeptical after the bioware issues. I hope they manage to get their shit together and make great games again, but with a lot of the veterans leaving i cant help but be skeptical. I just pray the new Dragon Age will be good and live up to their legacy. the foundation of Anthems gameplay was excellent, so they are still able to create interesting gameplay, it was just the other parts of Anthem that were so dull and unpolished.

wouldnt surprise me if it gets a remake, they got the engine for it now and they kind of got the formula down to make a remake. They dont need to design characters or story from scratch, so there is a big incentive for them to remake it.
would love to see a remake actually since I never played it before.
