I can nearly guarantee you that Home will be in a constant beta. They are basically releasing Home. Look at Gmail. It's still in beta, because it's constantly evolving. Home should be very similar, so it's not like it matters when the beta comes out because it's *basically* the full deal.
At least that's how I see it.
Honestly. This game has AMAZING graphics, incredible immersion (thanks to graphics, animations, audio, etc.), EVERYTHING I could imagine is in this game for chrissakes!
People say "KILLZONE 1 SUCKED!" Well, I don't call Too Human bad, wanna know why? I've never played it, just like (most of) the people bashing KZ1.
-What about KZ:L? That didn't suck, so obviously GG is getting better? Nah, that's too logical.
-PS2 too weak for their original g...
Don't forget we're getting co-op and vehicles in MP soon after release (I'm betting on a free release - don't judge GG DLC on other DLC, except Criterion :D).
I don't mind if the color pallete is a bit lacking, if and ONLY if it matches the atmosphere and scenes. KZ2. It's based on a bleak, harsh planet full of pissed off, depressive, Nazi-lookin' Helghast.
Would pink, yellow, purple, teal, etc really fit in? Certainly not.
If a game like Ratchet and Clank was a gray-fest though, then yes, I'd complain; but KZ2 looks perfect how it is.
There may even be some colorful areas we don't know about yet (not *too* ...
This title is misleading! I thought that "computer bosses" were offering video game design jobs to people with who didn't take any courses for it D:
Well, if this is them trying to advertise, then they just lost a lot of serious gaming consumers (like many get games at Sears anyway).
I think you put a *bit* too much thought into this one.
He's using a 360 controller to play MGS4 hahaha. It doesn't really need to go further.
EDIT: My comment made no sense, I looked at the picture wrong >.<
Plastic is NOT making this game! They are CONTRIBUTING their artwork and talent!!! There are more demo scene groups working on this. Santa Monica is making the game.
Only reason I used caps and !!! is because this isn't the first time I heard someone think this.
You may not know that much, but I know more than enough about it to warrant a purchase. I'm too lazy to type everything up though, as I learned my info from a magazine.
In short, watch a video clip, find a way to interact with it (very vague / limited instructions). Find out how to interact and you see a longer clip from the same movie.
I played Burnout Paradise on an SDTV and I couldn't tell the events I completed on the map where check marked, I downloaded a map and colored in the events I did in MS Paint.
Then I got an HDTV and couldn't believe it, it was my biggest gripe about the game :P
I know WAY more about this game than that writer did, I can easily tell.
I accidentally hit disagree (It's like I have a happy, twitchy trigger finger with EVERYTHING, not just guns >.<)
I wish I had the time and money for all systems. My first day of College was today, and one prof. made it especially clear that I'll be doing a **** ton of work in his class :'(
I truly believe the Wii is a fad. I don't want to offend anyone with that statement, but it's mah opinion.
Eric Lempel mentioned in an issue of PtOM (it was sometime this Summer) that they have plans for high-level PSN rewards. No specifics, but it's nice to know that people who level up will be rewarded for it.
Trophies are going to be mandatory soon. Don't worry about this type of stuff.
Maybe everyone plays a joke on him.
"Hey, Let's tell Reeves that ME is PS3 timed exclusive!"
"HAHA He'll totally fall for that!"
David Reeves: "I HAVE AN ANNOUNCEMENT!!"
Hey, it could happen...

Check up on that site, it's awesome.
Of course it'll help with getting games together. They have spaces dedicated to games just so people can go there and talk specifics / group up. Also, the way it works (iirc) is that you group up, then launch the game straight from Home. There's no way gamers won't use that feature if they're using Home at all.
