When I was a kid, I always did Barrets voice like Mr. T because he looked pretty much like Mr. T and I'm happy they made his voice very close to what I always imagined he would sound like. Cloud on the other hand doesn't have a voice that matches the face and I find it odd.

This is pretty much what I was thinking. SSD can get expensive once you move past the 512GB size. I'm pretty sure they'll be using two hard drives, one SSD and one 2TB (at the minimum) HDD. I'm hoping it's internal, though you can swap it out, similar to how the PS4 is configured to allow easy access.

Final Fantasy VII. Not a spin off or an animation, but a live action movie which follows the story of the game, end to end without too much stray.

Persona 5 is my go to game to relax. It's incredibly long, the music is absolutely amazing, and the story is a lot of fun; love the mystery.

If you havent played it, please give it a shot. It's one of the best RPG games made in the last 15 years in my opinion.

There was no way they could keep that daily player count. It's still a popular game, but the casual players are being pushed out, as they aren't good enough to compete with better players. The battle pass was kind of a missed opportunity, and the in game currency is really only useful to unlock characters, which there are only 3 to unlock.

There are some ways they could change things up though. Maybe add like a "midnight bowling" effect to the game where ...

No thank you. I'll stick to the old ways of putting discs into consoles.

We've only seen a few games "die" due to servers being shut down. What do people think is going to happen to all their games when an entire service(steam for example) is shut down. Good bye all those wonderful wonderful games.

Unless the game is 100% reliant on servers being up to play, like MAG for example, the disc is always going to have the game on it, guarantee...

I'm looking at this game from a sim racing point of view and think the game is awesome. But on the flip side, if I were playing this game as someone who doesn't play these kinds of games often and with a controller, I probably wouldn't enjoy it all that much because a lot of the joy comes from the racing wheel. A lot of information provided through force feedback is really missing when using a controller, making it much more difficult to feel what the car is doing, forcing the pla...

I enjoy the honesty in this article but the review is really lacking in the game information department. Also, try slowing down and pay more attention to the turn callouts. I can understand the frustration from someone who isnt a race sim fan. I am however(playing on pc with max graphical settings), and this game is an absolute blast. I'm using the TS-PC racer wheelbase (f1-style wheel lol.. 120 degree setting works perfect for this game surprisingly) with the T3PA pro pedals. The force f...

They look fine on the switch, but lets face it, people are used to high end graphics from other consoles & PC. So when the same game is compared along side those versions, the switch version is significantly behind in the graphics department. But at the same time, you can play it anywhere which provides a unique selling point.

The pro controller is the only way I would ever find myself playing this on the switch.

The game looks absolutely amazing on everything else. I can't judge the look of this version until I see some actual gameplay. The trailer in the article was pre-rendered.

Interesting list, but even more interesting, when did Walmart start gaming journalism?

First off, excellent article with very valid points.

I like to put these types of games in a category I like to call "Practice to Perfect". As it implies, you practice over and over until you overcome a challenge. When it comes to Sekiro, a lot of people I know in the real world wouldn't have the patience fail over and over and over until they finally, FINALLY beat that challenge, only to run into the the next one 20 minutes later.

I wish a c...

The first developer to tell the publisher it's not going to happen is the first developer to get fired. They can easily replace them with another developer who is willing to work those extra 20 hours a week to get it done on 'time'. The industry is in a bad place man.

To be perfectly honest, this game is hard, but very very good. If they added a difficulty which increases player damage a little bit, I think it wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing. By adding a lower difficulty setting, it allows less skilled players to get through it, while leaving the more skilled players unhindered.

With that said, I do feel like challenge is a major part of what makes this game so great. So rather than From Software worrying about multiple difficul...

I still prefer to play this game on my PS1, which is sitting next to a CRT in my closet.
