Trackmania is cool, but not worth the trouble.
The game was just okay. It was a cool concept on paper, but the slow motion zones just got annoying after a while.
Believe it or not, Final Fantasy VIII and Final Fantasy IX had 4 discs.
I hope one of these trailers has Blind Guardian playing Valhalla in the background. I mean...c'mon.
Command and Conquer: Red Alert: Retaliation was the game I played more than anything else as a kid for a long long time. It was the game I always came back to and even now, I still play it on my PS1. I'm so looking forward to this game, remastered. From everything that I've read, this is a passion project from a good amount of developers who worked on the original games. I don't know if we should be comparing them, but I do feel like they're some of the most important RPGs to release in a very long time. Person 5 is a masterpiece. The story/characters, combat system, and art style are simply top tier man. Everything is so well designed and thought out. It's a must buy for any RPG fan. Even if you don't enjoy RPGs, it's still a really really great game. Please give it a shot.
And then we have the Final Fantasy 7 Remake. I...
I love it because of the nostalgia, yes, but I also think it's a solid RPG. First, I have to say how awesome of a feeling it is to just look around in a 3D environment. I was always curious what people saw when looking up at the plate and it's kind of surreal. I never thought I'd ever get to see it.
And then there's the game. While the combat is completely different, I still think it's fun with enough variables to keep me busy. FFXV was boring dude; hold...
Huh.. Interesting.
You could just got back and play Final Fantasy VII on the PS1. Or, you could enjoy this game for what it is and enjoy the story/music/animations like any other person who buys a new game?
Personally, it's fantastic and the music... the music so SO good. Long live Nobuo Uematsu.
I kind of wish they held the event in the museum or on a different island where you would find eggs hidden around and if you found them all, you would get some cool prizes. That way, it's separate from anything else going on in your game.
The way it was implemented impeded progress and just went on for far too long.
It's a game... not real life. There's a difference you know. I'm surprised they didn't complain about the whole game as there are so many messed up people. But I mean isn't that the point? To cure the heart of evil?
Dude, you have to keep playing. It's such an incredibly good game. It's slow paced, but I'm telling you, it's worth your time.
Persona 5 isn't available, nothing to see here.
Very early games were difficult due to the transition from coin-operated machines to in-home consoles (NES). And then, they were still made difficult so folks renting them would need to rent them multiple times(Sega/SNES). And then there's the technology gap. Back then, they had very little memory to work with, 1-3 devs on a team, and had very little experience developing on a console. Coming from experience, it's very easy to make a game 'too' difficult. The more testers you ...
I just got an email that says it's moved back to April 10th..
Sure, it's great when it comes out, but that's as good as that machine is going to get. Meanwhile, PC hardware is always improving and easy to upgrade. Assuming a beefier Xbox is launched 5 years down the road, you got what you got til' then.
Dude, I bought a $600 PS3 which was pretty steep back then. The hardware is significantly improved since then so yeah.. I mean, if the cost is $500, then it's $500.
Hilarious story. It's a shame that not many developers really used the speaker in the controller because I always felt that cool things like this could have been done to add another dimension to the game.
My favorite use of the speaker was from LocoRoco with the little yellow creatures singing together to overcome an obstacle. So adorable haha.
Project Red worked their butt off when making The Witcher 3 and the game turned out to be one of the best modern RPGs to date.
Do you think people worship them? I most certainly hope not. But do people give them respect for what they accomplished? Absolutely. Are people looking forward to their next game? You betcha.
To the writer of this article, you should honestly be ashamed you wrote this trash of an article.
This below article says otherwise. Or, are we going to pretend none of that happened and say, " 'free' games under a paid subscription make me happy and forget all the terrible things they tried to incorporate at launch. Yay!"

While they did backtrack on a lot of the terrible terrible ideas they wanted to implement, the f...
