Nope, but only because I have no friends.
Doesn’t really matter since boot up load times are very short for PS5 games. Only the most impatient will be bothered by this.
Oh yeah, I guess you’re right.
Fastest price cut in history.
A gimmick is not necessarily bad. Gimmicks can be good as well.
Does anyone know if you can use one of these to play PS4 games on an actual PS4?
Don’t PS3 games run by emulation when you play them on PSNow? I know they’re streamed, but don’t they run on emulators at the source, or are they running on native hardware?
Cloud gaming services are just glorified rental services where you invest a lot of money into the ecosystem and then eventually lose everything you paid for once the servers inevitably go down.
Zero out of ten. Not enough teraflops.
Nintendo’s remasters and remakes are always handed to third party devs. The main Zelda teams at Nintendo don’t work on those so it wouldn’t slow them down at all with new games. Twilight Princess and Windwaker have already been remastered nicely on Wii U, so it would be easy to port those to Switch. They could also remaster the 3DS versions of Ocarina and Majora easily.
Switch Lite is dedicated portable gaming hardware.
What are the specs of the paper consoles?
Okay cool. That has me less worried now.
I’ve played every Souls game including Demon’s Souls. Bought it day one of release in US. You can see in the comparison video enemies taking multiple hits to kill in the original. Meanwhile in the remake footage every enemy goes down in one hit (not counting backstabs and parry counters). It makes me wonder if they reduced the difficulty or changed the flow of combat, which I hope isn’t the case. They also should have shown some footage of what the HUD looks like. I can’t imagine having no HU...
The remake looks great visually but I am concerned with how it will play compared to the original. All the non-boss enemies are killed in one hit, which shouldn’t happen unless you’re leveled up a lot. Also, it’s weird they didn’t show any icons like stamina and health meters, etc. It makes me wonder if the final game will have any hud displays.
Those were both first party published.
It’s not true analog movement like the n64 version. You still have to push a button to run. It just feels nicer using the circle pad than the d pad.
It plays much better on a 3DS using the circle pad.
Demon’s Souls is great. I also recommend Dark Souls 1, which I think is the pinnacle of the Souls games.
I’ve only ever played the Hannah Montana video game on ps3. I even got the platinum trofe. I call trophies trofes. That’s probably why I have no friends.
