If anything it'll just teach them to try and make mobile games themselves so they get all or most of the profits.
You are correct sir. DS3 is by no means a masterpiece but it is competent. DS1 is the masterpiece of the series and by far the best of the three.
I completely agree. The linear nature of map progression and bonfire warping were my biggest issues with the game. There was also too much of Bloodborne's DNA injected into the game's visual and play-style that I found off-putting. I like DS3 but I think it's the weakest of the three. I'm hoping they'll redeem themselves with the DLC maps.
No, the retro games would only appear on Nintendo's virtual console while new games would release on other consoles and PC.
For a while I've thought this would be a good idea for them to release an inexpensive virtual console machine and lower game prices a bit. Then they could release their new games on other consoles and PC. But they should continue in the handheld market and release a successor to 3DS.
I'm still waiting for them to let me adjust music and sound effects levels.
I'm not bragging but my retarded spirit is really good at the souls-style games.
Me too. These are the best two games of the four by far. I look forward to revisiting them with sharper visuals and 60 fps.
I'm anticipating back compat with original Xbox games.
They probably wanted a holiday 2016 release but realized they wouldn't have enough game releases within the critical launch window after the launch so they opted for Spring 2017 to avoid lengthy software droughts. If that's the case, they're doing what's right.
Definitely play the original Dark Souls. It's the best game of the whole series of souls style games.
Is anyone else finding the level design to be bland and uninspired especially compared to the first game?
I'll go with the Xbox One's more cinematic approach.
You can use the pro controller but the gamepad offers nice conveniences like maps and quick item swapping.
My penis is ready.
It depends on the extent of the upgrade and price, and also if they release an external upgrade ad-on for current models if such a thing is possible.
If Nintendo released games on Playstation and Xbox, they would dominate the sales charts. Nintendo's heavy hitters in particular, like Mario Kart, Smash Bros, Mario and Zelda would handily outsell Sony and Microsoft's first party games.
Yes!!! A new X game would be nice too.
Most Nintendo games.
I'm intrigued.
