Those who call others "freaks" many times don't realize that they themselves are the real freaks, and get upset when reality, such as it is, impedes on their myopic view of the world, and how they believe things "should" be. You're living in a bizarro world.
The world has passed you by. Seek help.
All dat money and still no finished product?
I thought this system was supposedly in short supply? Hmmmmmm.......
I look at the Switch as a great addition, certainly not as a great "alternative"....the Switch simply will not be able to run many of the bigger games of this generation, so calling it an alternative isn't really true, imo.
I liked The Order. Sure it was short, and certainly on rails, but the characters and the lore were fantastic (as were the weapons), there just wasn't enough of either....I definitely wanted more backstory on Igraine and Galahad in particular. The world they created was great, they just didn't dive deeply enough into it imo.
Yeah...the ff7 remake and it's slow progression/no updates + the game being "episodic" makes me a bit nervous for that one. Definitely looking forward to it though.
If I had to list just 7 games, regardless of when they're coming or to what platform, I would have to go with these, and in no particular order.....
1. The Last of Us Part II
2. Cyberpunk 2077
3. Death Stranding
4. Spider-Man
5. Ni No Kuni II
6. Crackdown
7. Red Dead Redemption II
Battle Beavers? They sound dangerous......

Microsoft has already said the screen won't be in consumer versions of the Scorpio.

As it's only dev hardware, and the screen won't be in the consumer version of the pro, I'm not sure what use the devs would have for those animations.

TLOU is it for me as well.....no. 1 with a bullet. And a shiv. And an axe, oh that sweet, sweet axe. And a molotov. And.....

The average consumer isn't going to know, realize, or necessarily care about the difference in scaled resolution. People see 4k, they think it's 4k. They wouldn't know native or what that even means if you tried to explain it to them, and quite frankly, many of them don't really care all that much. Much the way most people don't know the varying kinds of HDR, or the differences between them and why the HDR capable tv they just bought doesn't have ...
Microsoft executives are still continuing with the corporate speak regarding numbers. Incredible. You thought they would have learned the lessons they needed to learn by now.

You're a short term thinker...that sort of thinking tends to lead to limited success in life. Sony plays the long game, which leads to success over the long term. Think bigger.
I'm also wondering when Below is going to show up.
Some gamers are ignorant....they want the fps counter, then will complain when the console costs more. No, they want everything, and expect to pay 299 for Scorpio as well. Also...Scorpio isn't a pc. The games are developed to hit a target fps, not some fluctuating, nebulous fps. When frame dips mean sub 30 or sub 60 fps on console, it usually isn't a protracted occurrence, unless you're talking about a game that was released before it should have been. So what would be the be...
Single player games is all I buy....if a game doesn't have single player content, I don't even look at it. Multiplayer is just too big of a time suck for me personally, as my gaming time is limited. When I game, I want to feel a sense of meaningful progression (not just leveling up to get some new weapon or skin), and I like gaming at my own pace, completing challenges or experiences in my own time, and feeling like I'm being led on a journey. Single player games scratch all th...

Your analogy is pretty terrible, imo.....the fact of the matter is if those two disparate groups were walking down any street in America, or many other places around the world, the white female, asian female, and black male are going to draw far more attention, some positive and some negative, than the three white males. The three white males may be able to go most places and be virtually anonymous. Nobody would likely give them a 2nd glance, and if asked to identify them at...
