I guess when you struggle to produce compelling new ip's from your first party studios, looking backwards is about all you can do.

I find this difficult to comprehend.......
Weak arguments is all that type tend to have.

EA's influence on Bioware may be becoming crippling....they gave the short stick to ME:Andromeda, in favor of this new Ip they hope to milk for the next decade with dlc, microtransactions, and the whole lot, I'm sure. ME got the B team, the limited development resources, they outsourced some of the development....and I believe they did it because EA doesn't see the primarily single player Mass Effect as a money cow the way a game like Destiny or Overwatch can be...
Anthem looks good, no doubt, but so did Watch_Dogs, The Division, Destiny.........
I hope the team at least get it now.....
"But my team, everyone is saying, 'We're geniuses!' But I'm just like, 'No, no, no, I thought of this!'"
Kojima cracks me up.

I don't disagree with you at all, but once the final specs for Scorpio were revealed, the writing was on the wall. This "true 4k" nonsense Microsoft keeps yammering on about is rubbish, it's just a shame many gamers cannot, or will not, see it for what it is.
Microsoft has a willingness to deceive their customers that is becoming legendary....from Milo, Kinect, clouds and "the power of multiple xbox one's in the cloud",...
A Quantic Dream game isn't for everybody....no one type of game is. But I'll certainly enjoy playing it...I'm hoping I will, anyway. I've liked what Cage has delivered in the past, and this certainly looks to be the most ambitious project he's attempted, so I'm looking forward to it.
You would have to be brain dead to think Spider-Man is Sony's only "trump" card.

It's working out swimmingly for Sony fans in 2017.....the first six months of the year were filled with game of the year contender after game of the year contender, so........

He doesn't know project cars II is also a thing....at least if he had mentioned that game, he wouldn't have embarrassed himself so.

This guy Woolly probably thinks Halo Wars is "must play". Then the drought all the way to Crackdown, which had about an impressive a showing at E3 as cat vomit on hot asphalt.
Some mother's do have them, folks.

Well, to be fair, if they didn't "cheap out" on the cpu, most gamers would be complaining about how much the systems cost, and they wouldn't have a chance to sell units to many gamers. They compromised to make a profit....hard to blame them for that. If the xbox one x decided to go the ryzen route for the cpu, imagine what that system would cost....people are already moaning and wailing it's overpriced at 499.
+mark3214uk
They don't want to hear that. We've been telling them the xbox one x would be upscaling/checkerboarding it's way to 4k for AAA titles just like the Pro does ever since the Scorpio specs were announced, but once more they fell for the "true 4k" kool aid Microsoft was selling....just like they fell for "the power of ten xbox one's in the cloud"...and Titanfall couldn't be made without the power of the cloud....and drivatars....and ki...

If Days Gone doesn't come out until 2019, I feel sorry for those two same devs who show up to E3 the past two years now, and have to go on show, after show, after show answering the exact same questions about their game. They have to be eager to get it out to the gamers before another E3 rolls around. Hopefully they will....I'm not betting on it, but certainly with the state the game is in, it should be a 2018 release, even if it's late 2018.

Horizon has legs! So great for Guerilla Games....well earned, well deserved.
A hurting xbox fan. Poor thing.
The one that let's me play TLOU Part II, God of War, and Spider-Man.
Am I dead? I think I just saw a headline that offered me a guide to pre-order information. I must be in hell.
