Microsoft first party studios are apparently dead...."the most powerful console" in history, and not a single first party exclusive to show for it? Yikes. What the hell are they smoking up in Redmond???
Terry Crews is fantastic, but he's not a developer. Microsoft needs developers that are as good at writing code as Terry Crews is at being a pitch man.

Yeah, it's a far stretch to expect folks to pay 500 for a box where the most anticipated "exclusive" titles are indies....and I'm actually looking forward to Cuphead and Ori, and wondering where Below went....but considering they will all be coming to pc, and considering a game like Crackdown got zero gameplay shown despite the fact it's supposedly launching 5 months from now, I imagine it leaves a queasy feeling for those Microsoft only console gamers....

I have no idea why some people would think this would be a positive thing for Microsoft....it didn't work out well for Square with Tomb Raider, nor did Tomb Raider move the needle at all for Microsoft. Part of that problem for Microsoft is when they released it, sandwiched in with so many other heavy hitters, but I don't see how this strategy will work for them in any meaningful way. I call b.s. I guess we'll see.

All I noticed was "cyberpunk rpg" and I got giddy for a few fleeting nanoseconds...then reality hit and the wave of disappointment washed over me.

I've got nothing against Destiny, but ...when it was first revealed, I thought it looked fantastic and I was really excited about it. But when I found out it was practically no story and all mutliplayer, I was out. I never played the first one, and they lost me as a customer completely.
I felt similarly about The Division...when that game was first revealed, I would have sworn on a bible it would be a day one purchase. I'm a single player gamer almost exclusive...
I'm going to cry when they reveal TLOU Part II gameplay. I shall weep.
