Well in MW4 we're going to create a deep and moving story to keep players engaged and uh..urm...FUCK IT
KILL COMMIES, THEY'RE STILL A THREAT I GUESS. WAIT, THEY'RE NOT? FUCK IT, JUST WANNA SHOOT THINGS SHOOT RUSSIANS AND THE CHINESE. 'MURICA! HHNNNGGGG!!
MW4 rumors started before BLOPS 2 was out. Ridiculous.
Last shot: See no evil, speak no evil and hear no evil.
Fantastic trailer. Shows enough without giving much away, the way it should be.
So if it's free....why not just put on the disc? Just sayin'
Where can I get this? My uh...friend wants to know...
I know these kind of things are subjective but what kind of standards do you set yourself in games if you think GTA V looks bad?
But yeah, keeping hating on the 'popular' stuff. How dare other people like it when you don't! That makes you 'cool' and 'edgy'.
I recently dug out the N64 to sit my girlfriend down to play a Zelda game you didn't need to wave a stick at. After I threw her off the balcony in disappointment, I decided to try Goldeneye.
When it starts your inner child, the one that got it for Christmas when he was 12, almost cries with delight. Then you start playing and it's all shattered. It's not aged well. I loved playing old games but Goldeneye really, really doesn't play well compared to what we ha...
I understand game sites are suppose to bring us gaming news an such, but I think I've heard all I've wanted to hear about GTAV from Game Informer.
Do you not want to go into the game knowing the basics but not enough so you may find some surprises?
I remember people complaining that since they'd followed all the Batman: Arkham City stories, the game was spoiled for them because so much was revealed before release.
Besides, watchin...
Extra content at no extra cost? Gee let me think...
This game is going to be great. I'm officially excited.
Metacritic sucks and stirs up the fanboys to a horrible and verbally violent degree.
Review scores are pointless as the system is flawed. Too much is judged on a number rather than the words.
Reviewers are scared to lower scores in fear of fan backlash - again, pointless.
The review system needs to be totally changed.
Oh I remember the God of War 3 reviews. I saw fans whining over a 9. A 9! If you care about numbers and if t...
Halo is such a popular shooter that people will just lash out. Popularity will do that with films, games and music.
Personally I've not played Halo 4 but from the many, many positive reviews, I gathered this:
Is it so buggy that it's unplayable? No
Is it broke? No
Did the majority of people that played it seem to enjoy it? Yes.
When reviewing a game, I believe you're suppose to tell the reader if ...
I get bored with games because they can be too easy. You find yourself just going from checkpoint to checkpoint. For this reason, I just turn away from some.
"Oh no I died. That's ok, I only lose 5 seconds of game time"
In some games you may not even die because it's so easy.
But like films, music and, to a lesser extent, books, people don't want to be challenged anymore. Fun has to come first apparently.
It's obviously coming to PC but is it going to like GTA IV and be like a year after the console release? Probably. I thought R* said they were trying to close the gap between console and PC release, it was only a week with MP3.
Cool story, bro.
Marcus_Fenix - Wireless mouse and keyboard + DVI to HDMI lead + DAVE table from IKEA = PC gaming from couch. Simple.
Lovely....
I figured they'd be building up to some sort of MMO. The structure is already there.
So was WarZ a bit of a let down? I did enjoy the challenge of DayZ and while I got very frustrated at players constantly killing each other, I understand the intention about the players choice to do this and how, through the community, places like Cherno and Elektro were dangerous places.
So WarZ basically crapped all over that sort of stuff?
Not played DayZ for some time. It got frustrating because you'd see a player and BANG dead. There's no talking, no reasoning and no helping. Just BOOM. Not even to take your stuff either.
I like the idea of WarZ, being able to lock down a town, grow crops and set up flood lights. Basically set up your own community. Has or will this be added in DayzZ in the standalone or has it been added in now?
Shut up and stop moaning.
Problems exist, just because YOU haven't had them doesn't they aren't out there. Plus the PS3 has never really been Treyarch's strong point, the 360 version of their games have always played better according to the players. No one is threatening your precious console and it isn't propaganda against your gaming device. Take a deep breath and go back to your game.
