Nothing wrong with any of these choices. The thing about the Assassin's Creed series that bums me out is in the first it had the premise of actually having to find information about your target and it made it sound like you could approach the assassination however you choose and the information you gathered would help you decide what the best route is. And that sounds amazing to me! However, the information gathering is superficial story fluff and the assassinations are guided.

Actually, Sony and Nintendo are pretty even when it comes to how their games are scored. The differences are that Sony has more diversity. Plus, on a Sony or Microsoft console, you can play third part games - which some people may want to discount for some reason but also have some of the best games of the generation.
I mean, compare exclusives from the Wii to exclusives from the PS3. Both had two widely nominated GOTY games (Super Mario Galaxy 1 & 2 versus Uncharted 2 an...
People who say Nintendo is in any immediate risk are, quite frankly, idiots. However, there are a lot of legitimately concerning trends and longtime issues that don't have readily apparent answers in conjunction with what we know about Nintendo and their plans. Every Nintendo home console has sold fewer units than the last. With each new console generation, Nintendo seems become more out of touch with the modern consumer. Even the handheld market, which have given Nintendo their primary s...
"I think that having third party support on Wii U wouldn't do much. If you told a PS4 owner that he could play Destiny on Wii U, he'd say "I don't care, because the PS4 version has better graphics and online (Btw, if the devs make the online good, it'll play the same online wise on Wii U), and my friends will play the PS4 version."'
This is true. For a few generations now most third party games have struggled on Nintendo consoles. At first i...
I know you are out of bubbles, but I feel the urge to try to talk some sense into you.
The idea that one or two games plus some marketing is all it will take to turn the Wii U around is, quite frankly, an absurd notion. Why was Super Mario 3D Land, a game universally loved and had good advertising (for Nintendo), not enough to bring Wii U sales out of the dumps? It's because the Wii U has virtually no appeal outside of the core Nintendo fanbase. That's not to say it d...
I've only played Valkyria Chronicles, but it was a fantastic game. Really under appreciated. I'd be very happy to see a trilogy collection for the PS4.
If my memory is correct, whenever Bungie had to release info to the courts it detailed something along the lines of a trilogy with a game coming out every other year and a major DLC expansion every off year. In fact, I think that is where we first heard Destiny would be coming to the PS3/PS4 I believe.
Please point me to these reviews you speak of...
How can you take the author seriously? This is a small excerpt,
"Responsible for shitting out a Call of Duty game annually since the early 2000s, Activsion isn’t exactly hurting for cash. Bungie’s latest sci-fi MMO/RPG/FPS/social media adventure/”we can’t let Halo go” title has been steadily releasing a stream of very pretty images and news, and the hype for the latest AAA “masterpiece” is reaching its usual feverish pitch."
Not even an ounce of pro...
No, you aren't paying more for less. Sure, one person could argue that the PS4 is factually more powerful and costs less; however, that discounts the Kinect in the equation. If you like Kinect, or grow to like it, then doesn't it make up the cost difference? But then what about PlayStation Plus? That's a cost benefit that the Xbox One is yet to match.
While some will reply with snark to a question like this saying, "The PS4 is more powerful and cost less, duh...
Do you have a Chocobo Wing to cast Haste on the entire party? It's easy to neglect items, but one or two early on in the battle can be the difference between getting utterly destroyed and beating it relatively painlessly.
It's interesting to see who decries the PS4's software lineup yet lauds the Xbox One's lineup. In all honestly what it comes down to is the Xbox One has a couple more retail AAA exclusives while the PS4 has (seemingly) a fair bit more downloadable/indie games. And, quite honestly, I much prefer the half dozen of good-really good smaller titles (some of which were free with PS+) than one or two decent retail games that cost $50-60.
It's a narrative that I find ...
This is a weak premise because how many units does a console need to sell before it is no longer niche? PS2 numbers? More?
The core concept behind the Xbox One is decent, but it simply did not push the enhancement of entertainment far enough. Let's be honest, right now it's not much more than an interface that allows notifications from one application to appear while another is open. It's cool and convenient, but it isn't a feature that sells the console. The ...
" He shouldn't have been fined because he said it in his own home and was being recorded without him knowing."
So he deserved to be fired, but not fined? I don't understand that logic.
"What Olin said was perfectly in line because it was the truth. Not an opinion.. the truth. If you can't handle the truth then you need some tougher skin. His firing was out of line."
Here's the issue: Sterling has a history ...
I was responding directly to what you said. I'm not sure what the confusion is. The punishment for Donald Sterling is perfectly justified. So what Olin said was out of line and is why he was fired - and understandably.
I don't see a defense for either of them.
A community manager represents the company he or she works for. If her or she makes a comment that makes the company look bad, it's perfectly understandable if he or she is fired - especially since they are, quite frankly, very replaceable. He should have thought about what he was saying, and tried to understand the situation better than I assume he did. If he knew what everything about the situation and still felt that way then he deserved to be fired for having that type of mindset beca...
You're wrong, sorry. First, this isn't the only mistake he has made. He's been sued for housing discrimination (and I think had the largest settlement in US history). He was sued for sexual harassment. He would sue coaches he fired to try and get out of paying him what he contractually owed. He is a terrible human being. If he had a clean track record, maybe just fine him; but his track record is littered with proof of his lack of character.
I'm not sure you know what you are talking about. Donald Sterling is a terrible human being. He was sued for not renting to minorities. He was sued for sexual harassment. He sued basketball coaches he fired so he wouldn't have to pay them money he contractually owed them. He was an embarrassment to the NBA and shouldn't have been able to continue to own the Clippers as long as he did. It's not like the audio that was leaked by his "girlfriend" was the only reason he ...
7th is actually really impressive considering Nintendo only makes games. Good on them.
I doubt Planetside 2 gets a retail release, but for what it's worth that is a cool looking cover.
