I wish the Wii U was a bigger success (software wise, it has the highest selling exclusives), though with its failure, it forced Nintendo into applying industry leading chips into their next gaming platform.
So the aesthetics of a console do matter. Obviously third parties play a role in a console's success (along with several other features), though decent looking gaming platform can go go a long way.
Looks incredible.
What dedication. A true inspirer, and an amazing human being. I hope he's laughing in heaven :' ( .
Not bad, pretty interesting.
I love how Microsoft competes. Nintendo needs to have the same ambition (Sony's all about competition, so no need to mention them).
Freedom Planet is how I get my Sonic fix.
40.5 million PS4 sold, and Street Fighter 5 sales are so low (I expected 5-8.5 million copies to be sold by now)?
I tried the demo... I understand Nintendo's wiliness try to new things, though Star Fox should have other control methods as an optional feature.
I think Samus Aran represents justice, without the need to exploit her looks. Basically, she just gets the job done.
So everyone's gonna ignore Legend of Zelda; Breath of the Wild all of a sudden? What about Nintendo acquiring the exclusive rights to Bayonetta 2? Devil's Third (even though it rated poorly, Nintendo took a chance on it)? You can blame them about the situation they put themselves into regarding their third party support, though the other two hardware console manufactures are also at fault when it comes to certain liberties (paying for online gaming, wtf?).
The type...
Very sad news. RIP.
It's because Square Enix is on board so early in the NX's life. There's also a rumor about the NX being region-free, so there's that also.
Hype never felt so great :^} .
@Foxtrot
So Sega couldn't foot the bill for Bayonetta 2? Ubisoft considers BGE a ''risky investment.'' You think it would take so long to do a sequel, when they throwout Acreed titles like no ones business?
Sure, I'll concede to the fact that BGE would be better as a multiplatform title, though I won't cry over spilled milk if it ended up being an exclusive to the NX platform.
Thanks for the link by the way. ...
Whoever puts up the money to fund the project; to the victor goes the spoils. And what about people waiting for Shenmue? A freaking kickstarter announced on stage at E3?
Sony get's a ton of exclusives, though I don't throw a tantrum.
Gameplay was good, the story; less than stellar, way too linear, and the controlling method was head scratching.
I hope Turtle Rock Studios learned their lesson (don't fleece gamers with DLC).
I have to say; at first I wasn't a fan of Nintendo's mobile games initiative, though it's panning out well for them.
The Xbox 1 isn't very popular in Japan, so third party developers need another platform to put their software on. PS3/4 and Vita is the way they usually go, though they probably want to expand their products further.
