It was anticlimactic, and now we have to pay for online multiplayer? GTFO Nintendo.
Nintendo can **** off. I've lost faith in them (PC gaming will have to do for me now).
Think YouTube link explains it well.

Wow. This could literally be a game changer (which would be amazing for VR).
It's either Fire Emblem, or a port of Hyrule Warriors with added content. I hope Koei Tecmo find a way to make their Musou games more enjoyably. They're fun games (at times), though they become extremely repetitive. Something like Dragon Quest Heroes gameplay.
@TC
"They'll run into trouble with publishers according to you and in the same sentence you say they wont.
Baffling."
Um...
"though they'll run into trouble {if } publishers should ever decide not to publish games for their hardware."
The "if" would imply that I meant it as an hypothetical. Reading comprehension is "baffling," I know.
He's been doing a decent job so far as Nintendo's CEO (not good, and not too bad I'd say).
The thing about Sony is, their gaming platforms rely heavily on 3rd party software. It's not to say that it's a bad thing (relying on third parties), though they'll run into trouble if publishers should ever decide not to publish games for their hardware (which isn't the cast because third parties like Sony).
I'm assuming you haven't heard about the Fove 0? You should check it out.
But, but... We get games for free! /s.
Like the PS3; it should be an optional service, not forced upon consumers.
Taking "obey your thirst" to a whole new meaning, lol.
I'd like Masahiro Sakurai to be at the helm of a potential "Mario/Sonic rpg" title (or Square Enix). Super Smash Bros. Brawl had a mode called: The Subspace Emissary (adventure mode), and it was pretty engaging.
Yep.
Nintendo Switch (releasing in 2017), Nvidia Shield 2017...
Can anyone decipher the clues?
Yeah, Nintendo seems laser-focused on appeasing consumers with their Switch device. Failure can be a good thing, because some people do learn from their mistakes.
Sony has a VR exclusivity, though you never know with Capcom.
I know people want VII remastered, though I'll take VI for the Switch instead. Also, Chrono Trigger wouldn't hurt 😎
Sony's been running the console gaming market in Japan for years. Microsoft's Xbox doesn't perform too well over there, so it kinda hurts third party sales. The Switch however, might be the solution to the third party dilemma going on in Japan (if it sells well that is).
Nintendo partnering with Nvidia was a great choice. Now we all get to see a current gen Nintendo console with all their developers delving on one platform. Excited!
"Let's pay for online, we get free games! Games are cheaper on PC; which has better hardware, and the online is free though, meh."
Not singling out anyone, just find it weird how Nintendo is crapped on for being different, when the PS4 and Xbox1 offer the same as PC's to a lesser extent.
The Switch doesn't make sense to me. The only redeeming factor that'll make me buy the Switch; is if that Supplemental Computing Device patent for the Switch, (that makes it more powerful) actually exist.
