Like I said, I could argue that Killzone started that gritty-look trend.
Did you not see the new Tomb Raider game or Star Wars 1313? http://www.youtube.com/watc...
If you don't see Uncharted's influence here, is because you haven't played them.
By the way, you listed survival-- sorry, "horde" mode twice. Weak list IMO.
He didn't assume. He asked.
They could have chosen any other word to describe Insomniac, but it wouldn't give them enough hits as saying something that makes people think of "PlayStation AllStars Battle Royale" and click on the article.
lol
"ND and GG combined couldn't do it"
Of course it couldn't, if you're a 360 fan. Besides, ND and GG never meant to make a game that beats Gears at all.
You guys live in your own little world where Gears invented the cover system and survival mode(horde).
I could argue that Killzone 1 changed the industry with its gritty style and that Gears copied... but I won't, because that's how silly you guys sound.
Whether or not the core gameplay changed a bit or not, has nothing to do with the game's character/weapons design and art direction.
Not sure why some people complain about Chrono Cross.
It wasn't meant to be a direct sequel to Chrono Trigger. It's not called "Chrono Trigger 2".
Also, it was a very awesome game. I hope they make another Chrono game soon.
Their outfits were more unique from one another, character design was more stylized and there was a fun vibe to it. I believe that was the game Insomniac said they wanted to make (last year).
"Fuse" on the other... and I hate to say it... looks generic.
What happened?
Hey, DMC3 Dante is best Dante.
Besides DMC2 was a total let. Proof that prequels can be good and even better.
Considering how most save files are under 500kb, it's hard to hit 150MB. But I almost hit max before thanks to huge multiple auto saves from Skyrim.
It's those multiple copies, old and demo saves that kill you.
Can't complain about 1GB though. It's more than enough.
Haha, I was messing. Didn't expect some people to that to heart.
Hope I didn't hurt your feelings there, Ndivhu.
because it's colorful like Mario.
Thanks for the insight Xof.
It wasn't meant to be like Halo.
That's not "Sony's answer". That feature was announced along with the Vita before we even knew what the Wii U was.
And it's not a $250 controller because that's not its only feature. It's an entire multimedia gaming system on its own that can be played anywhere at any time, not just in front of the TV in the same room. The Wii U gamepad is nothing like it.
Naughty Dog found a bug/glitch that affected only the old PS3 models while making Uncharted 3. But they addressed the issue and fixed it before releasing the game.
That's still a pretty good number.
Did we really need a prequel?
Think about this. People like Darth Vader, not kid Anakin Skywalker.
That's the problem with prequels that go too far back on the timeline and lose characteristics that made a series what it is today.
The cool guy in me doesn't care though. It was a good article :P
That's a design choice that's been around for years, you ass.
Skyrim could have benefited from cinematic action or at least a few cutscenes to try and make it seem like some events and other things I do in the game matter.
It doesn't even live up to standards when it comes to character animations and simplistic clunky combat, glitches, game breaking bugs, or even including you in the story instead of being a glorified errand boy, etc.
I don't see a problem there.

@shutUpAndTakeMyMoney,
No one claimed you said anything bad about the PS3.
Most PS3 fans don't care about installs, while 360 fanboys like to talk negatively about them (forgetting that they needed to install a second disc to get all the cars in Forza 4 and good textures in Battlefield 3)
Once the true next-gen consoles are announced with higher specs, they'll drop the price, just like they did with the 3DS when Vita was announced.
