I like to physically own my games and not be dependent on servers to play them.
TES protagonists are also silent. I thought the voice acting by NPCs was great in Skyrim. It's the character animations and storytelling that need to really improve on TES as well as combat and of course, bugs and glitches.
A fictitious language makes it hard to tell just how good or bad the voice acting really is. The best way to tell would be with a real language, or at least one you're used to and/or know.

If you were a Wii-only owner this gen, then I see why you might care about old multiplatform games everyone else on current gen consoles(PS3/360) and PC has played.
But realistically speaking, the Wii U is launching 7 years late at the end of the current gen cycle. Too close to the real next gen of consoles to care about things like the gamepad. Need new core Mario game(that isn't a NewSMB remix), Zelda, SSB, Star Fox and a proper Metroid game to appeal to me.

PC games have better graphics potential, but it's not guaranteed. It's strictly dependent on each individual's hardware. Console gaming is on a constant rise and this affects most multiplatform games, making PC mods the only distinguishing factor aside from higher Res and AA.
New PC games are $60 too. Skyrim, MW3, Max Payne 3 still $60 in stores and even Steam.
I'm pretty sure you're just not that good and haven't encountered any high level players that make good use of the combo system yet. Gotta give it time.
You can get by mashing buttons in Tekken as well, but it's one of the biggest competitive fighting games ever, and you'll know it when you encounter skilled players.

I started playing the game in co-op and was ok until my friend had to leave to go to work, then I noticed how incredibly boring and pointless the game was.
Game should've been called 'Gun Collector'.

How about you research the fact that the game was NEVER True Crimes to begin with and was made by an entirely different developer.
The developer himself said that it started as a brand new IP.
Activision saw it, picked it up, branded it 'True Crime'(based on similarities) and later dropped it, presumably because it didn't meet Activisions yearly/short release schedules.
