What he said^^
Also it's the most popular competitive fighting game in Japan over SF.
MGS4 came out in 2008 with an older engine. You're grasping here.
MGS:GZ is being made with a brand new engine for release on 2013/4.
That sounds like a desperate attempt at trolling.
MGS4 has been updated to have 1 single install, not multiple. Again, that was 2008. On an older, possibly less practical engine.
And you'd rather have compression than higher quality?

DICE said "not far behind". Meaning still behind.
Kojima said the game was running on a PC with "specs comparable to the PS3".
Not saying it'll be exactly the same, but it won't be like BF3 which relies on huge multiplayer maps and whatnot.
It'll be just as long as the other GOW games. Length hasn't stopped other games from being great.
This "the more open and longer the better" attitude needs to stop.
but because of your arrogant approach and d-bag attitude. Your username doesn't help hide your bias either.
Well Kojima did say that this was running on a PC with specs comparable to the PS3.
So I wouldn't be too surprised if they managed to pull it of.
1. What does Kojima Productions have to do with other Japanese devs that may have fallen behind?
2. Shiny plastic? This isn't the Unreal engine. It's raining and it looks wet. Better than almost any other game I've seen to date.
3. Kojima said it was running on a PC with specs comparable to the PS3.
Well, Kojima did say it won't look much different running on PS3.
If Kojima is involved, then I'll be interested in it.
But so far, this:

completely overshadows it :P
Why would Nintendo fans be angry about Metal Gear?
That was back on the NES and it was a watered down PORT of the original game I played a while back on a sony MSX2 computer iirc.
Sure, the franchise is multiplatform, but I guess Sony fans care the most because they're the majority of Metal Gear Solid fans as well.
So why do people who don't even buy the games care what the fans think?
Yeah and pre-orders are not definitive. They mean two different things to retailers and consumers.
So what does that have to do with what I (and the people above) said?
There are Sony(SOE) and Square Enix games that run on PC, but never on any Xbox systems.
So it's very possible for a multiplatform game to be available on PC and PlayStation but not Xbox.
It's a play on 'zero' and 'hero/es'.
Also, I'm not sure it was Kojima who came up with Revengeance....
Not a lot of people pre-order games lately especially new IPs, unless the bonuses are huge.
I'm not pre-ordering it(yet) buy I'm buying it anyway.
I wish there was a new Metroid game. That would have me sold on the Wii U.
I hope they don't talk about the same stuff again and show some new games instead.
You can't compare with Super Moves in games like Street Fighter.
Street Fighter has 2 rounds(by default) and you lose by getting KOd twice.
In PlayStation Battle Royale, you have one huge round to battle it out and get multiple KOs.
Getting KOs is like dealing hits in Street Fighter. The one that gets the most wins.
"It looks to have..." " Everything I've seen...."
Exactly. That's the problem with m...
Putting the disc into the actual system, turning it on and playing it with the controller is an experience that cannot be replicated by mere emulation on PC. Sorry, I agree with -NosTalgia-.

So far, installs for Tekken and Street Fighter have been optional.
We'll see.
Overall, this game seems to be bigger and better than Tekken 6.
