I´ll play it on PC, like the first Mafia :) Loved that game (one of my all time facourites), will most definitely LOVE this one
I guess there is place for one MMO (RPG at least) in one normal person´s life... and it requires a nice deal of self control not to let too much time slip through your hands while playing. Spent 8 months of loooong play in WOW back in 2005. After that just quited for good :) I may take back later... who knows, not much time rite now. I rather play self conclussive things, ya know...
Looks neat!!! :) I want to see this one in action, on a screen, actually running on a console. Seems great. The game type hasn´t got me quite hooked, maybe just not my ride. But I´ll give it a try just for the sake of it
Interesting read. Though the title of the news is a little bit too exagerated. I wouldn´t call it a Fail... the engine has been quite milk and widely used, and that is for a reason.
Surely it is time to move on to a next iteration of the engine, or a new engine all over :)

Gotta admit it. Besides a pretty nice trilogy: The first was awsome, the second... meh. The third GREAT. It has made a HUGE impact and has become one of present gaming´s classic franchises.
It pretty much deserves it. Bungie has done an incredible job so far. Let´s hope the upcoming games are on par. Really looking forward to ODST and why not future Halo games :)

Well it was the first thing I noticed... but suere, more of ya did. Just transformed the silhouette in photoshop for the sake of correcting the perspective from where the photo of the magazine was taken. It just makes it more similar:

Games are a piece of cake nowadays, compared to many classics from PRE 32 bit era... I guess that makes the need of cheats decrease big time.

The censorship system sucks IMO... seems inconsistent, moraly blurry and totally arbitrary in some ways. There should be a new rating if M cannot make it. Something like 666DEATHSEXBLOODGORE, where all the games that are excessively "something" fall. Make that rating 21+ and wrap the game case in black except for the title and Voila, just like porn magazines... Then no one will ever again complain about too much violence, sex or lack of moral / ethics in a game again... is it so har...

Well I think it looks at least on-par judging for this low res vid. It might look even better on high res. Lighting was pretty impressive on that demo. And bare in mind it´s just a demo. Let´s see what a final game with all the right production time can do on that engine...
Luckily mine quite likes gaming. Apparently Loco Roco and Patapon for the PSP are hits among the girls. And though she loved them both and plays lots of sims and digs the old Theme Hospital, and the Tycoon series (Rollercoaster and Zoo specially) She quites get hooked for action adventure titles like God of War and the LOTR series.
