The thing is that the fact in hand here is arguably an illegal activity. If he modded and sold pirtated games at the same time the scenario could be different (IDK the exact facts)... but to assume que modded it for PIRACING purposes, while he could very well offer it for people to run backups then it would be in the customer´s morality (or lack of it) to make good or bad use of their mods. If so... the could only be charged for not paying the taxes over the service he was providing at m...

The key... specially in films, is motion blur that the camera captures from each shot... that eases the motion. That is why games often need either to imitate that or increase frame rate in order to appear more fluent.

Same Hardware is expected to become cheaper as time goes by and redesigns follow. Sure you can add some gimmicks to it, but at it´s core, is the same console... And they are charging it more expensive.
Sony might be competing against a more expensive ipod touch as many say... I think this is nonsense... PSP is on another league, it´s a gaming console, don´t try to vamp it and make it a multimedia gimmick while we see game developer support stall... I rather have so...
I will laugh my A$$ out if this game looks better than MGS4 in any aspect. That ought to shut up soooo many fanboys. So please please make this game just a little better :)
No 360 game will ever get close to touching KZ2 Uncharted or U2... sure. I am sick of fanboyinsm. Technology and programming advance. Face it. We will see better games on both consoles. And Uncharted 1 looks plastic all over it. I really don´t see the greatness in that game´s looks (uncharted 2 on the other side does look really good).
But it is just a matter of time for consoles to advance and get better looking games on the EXACT same hardware.

So 30000 voters for games that sell millions says something. It´s even sad for Turn 0 to have tried to bend these result. They say nothing... they just give em a bad name :S
While it doesn´t look better than those CGI... just open your eyes, the old CGI renders have more poly count, there are no jaggies, and the look is, all over, smoother and more polished (just look at how the armor renders in both cases). It does look pretty good!!! nice improvement. This game is shaping up :) Great to see.
