LOL Where have you been looking?
First legit great review from a pro site. Congrats I guess.
It was Giuseppe Nelva's last stand, as he slowly realized that he was besieged by a slew of miserable The Order reviews.
"For honor!" he shouted as he clicked to post the last of his thinly disguised promos on Dualshockers.com
One of the worst critical beatings in the history of AAA games.
All of the good reviews are from fan sites, get real.
Sorry but that's just the truth.

Kotaku "Lumbering and dull"
Nuff said.
Another site without editorial control.
They even say that they are part of an affiliate program is they send people from their review to Amazon.
First, fan site.
Second this review has no score.
The stars above the article are a reader scoring system.
Change accordingly.
Fan site.
"opinion from a game journalist"
Who is a game journalist?
Probably not the writer at this fan site.
I think it's a combination of the perception that baseball does not lend itself as well to a videogame, and the fact that baseball has a notoriously aging fanbase.
First of all, Gears Judgment was slammed for its short and derivative campaign, so there...
The other Gears were a bit longer and more full featured than this.
Halo is not super long, and has some serious padding in places (which has occasionally been criticized although admittedly not as much as it should), but the level design is also very wide and replayable. It also has campaign coop.
Gears of War is a game from 2006.
That's why people are not as impressed today.
And the cinematic presentation, the frequent cutscenes woven into the action, the in medias res prologue with limited movement, obviously are heavily influenced by Uncharted 2.
If The Order had been released in shortly before Gears or even Uncharted 2, people would be OMG.
It's not a bad thing... when the game costs $40.
Logical fallacy. Because IGN is not the most credible review source doesn't mean this German fan site is.
Anyway, I bet you'll take IGN's review as a perfectly valid endorsement tomorrow if they give The Order a 8,5+ score.
If they don't, don't worry, the Dualshockers review will surely come to the rescue.
I bet Giuseppe Nelva is busy sculpting a marble pedestal in his living room for his review copy right now.
Looks like a fan site to me.
"You will receive from us free games to keep the course you are allowed after the test.
Since our site is still yields no profit, we currently have no possibility to reward you with a fee. However, this is our long-term goal!"
Why do I get Disagrees?
Neither does the text shown on the screen caps, nor the text by the poster of the original article, nor the reader comments, say that it was on Easy. Fact.
I don't know why this was added to the N4G summary but at no point does this info appear on the original page.
Not sure where the "on easy" part of the "7 hours on easy" quote is, but it is not on the screen caps that are shown.
It says "7 hours without hurrying up".
I did a bit of a longer version of the translation on page 1 of this thread.
They should do a bundle with the PS4.
As a standalone game, it's toast with these terrible reviews and lack of value.
Might as well use it for what it is, a short tech demo for the PS4 and a great attract mode.
Then it makes people familiar with the series, and then you move in with a better sequel.
