yep really was the first console to bring arcade graphics to the home and in some cases like soul calibur, exceed the arcade. hell, sould calibur still looks good now
imagine how epic a dreamcast mini would be
the goal is that they keep your subscribed. so say you get gamepass for two months to complete a game then they want to make sure there's another game added so you stay subscribed for another two months and so on. this is why they are buying studios to keep a steady flow of games. imagine if they can get 10 million constant subscribers, that's well over a billion pounds a year.
give it time in a few years game pass could be ridiculously good when all these new studios start adding games to it. We already know crackdown 3, ashen, ori and the will of the wisps, gears 5 and halo infinite are being added.
not sure about kojima but IO seems very likely and I'm sure with the new Japanese group there will be a 3rd party Japanese exclusive in the works soon if it hasn't already started
agree. even though phil has been head of xbox since 2014 it was only last year that he was given true control as before that the xbox division fell under the windows division but now he answers straight to the top, hence the big investments over the last 12 months. I really think game pass will be something special in a few more years. It's already great value for money, i just hope they don't increase the monthly price

totally agree with bolimekurac. You get what you pay for and if you don't want another mid gen upgrade then you will have to pay more. I think that's why Microsoft have made it clear they want to give as many options as possible for where to play your games. I think it's likely the xbox one x will still be able to play most games well into next gen and that Microsoft will release more than one sku. I'm not a fan of superman but I have only seen him in films. I'm not sure but isn't there a storyline in the comics where the joker kills lois lane while she is pregnant with his baby and superman goes nutz. I've got no problem with Microsoft releasing multiple consoles and one of them being a disc-less digital only console but if there flagship model doesn't play physical discs it's suicide. I'm pretty sure scarlet will have a disc drive and they will have a cheaper alternative like the rumoured xbox one s with no disc drive
