Is this also coming to xbox this year? I'm sure they said something about it at XO18.

I agree it's the only persistent open world game me and my friends have put serious hours into. We're looking forward to the sequel
alien isolation is a great game. I love how they stayed true to the original film with the late 70's sci fi vibe.
I have an xbox and would definitely pick it up
absolutely loved the original but haven't finished it yet. got stuck on the watcher knights. Will definitely go back at some point but got a lot of other games to play. Anybody else have trouble with the watcher knights or know any tricks?

there was a huge difference in killzone 3 and plenty of other games over the years like the division but I feel like the whole cloud tech goes beyond graphics and is just a huge let down. I know they had serious issues with epic buying cloudgine but Microsoft dug this hole

Microsoft even admitted they came up with the cloud tech first and then decided it would work with crackdown so it was definitely forced which shows. like you said it has definitely been over hyped it should have just been crackdown 3 campaign and given to a competent developer who could get the job done a lot quicker.
Even if I enjoy the campaign it's not going to hold my attention for long with all the other games coming out like sekiro.

There's really not that many people bragging about it. Mostly just people who enjoyed the first crackdown looking forward to the campaign like myself. It definitely deserves all the bad press though, launching with no party play in wrecking zone is unacceptable and the cloud tech is a joke.
you can't play with your friends in wrecking zone at launch which is unacceptable. campaign looks fun though
if you liked the first game you will like this, Im just pissed at Microsoft for stringing us all along with cloud bullshit for the last 5 years.
The multiplayer is a huge let down but I still think anybody who liked the first crackdown will have fun in the campaign
This all originated from the terrible xbox one launch. They over hyped the cloud, gave ip to developers who clearly aren't very good and announced games that had barely started development because they had nothing else to show. Epic buying cloudgine obviously didn't help. If they forgot about the cloud and gave the crackdown ip to somebody like insomniac they would have made a much better game. It's ironic how they tried to save money by using developers like sumo digital but they...
If it wasn't for gamepass I think sea of thieves, sod2 and crackdown would have been epic failures.

I know a lot of people don't believe it but they did have to create their own system from scratch after epic brought cloudgine. It's still no excuse though, if Microsoft has been marketing this cloud tech since the beginning of this gen and been so reliant on it they should have brought cloudgine themselves or just cancelled the game years ago. I really hope this is the last time they make such a huge mistake and don't even get me started on no party play at launc...
this is without a doubt the biggest downgrade I have even seen lol. I hope the campaigns fun
I was really disappointed with the downgraded destruction but still excited for the game as i'll mostly be playing campaign but not being able to play with your friends at launch is inexcusable and flat out embarrassing. This game has turned out to be microsofts biggest let down this generation. This has to be the last time and they need to learn from these mistakes or they wont survive next generation

me and a friend really enjoyed the first game and after playing the beta I think its more of the same with slightly more content, varied missions and varied locations. Did anybody else have any major bugs, I had serious problems with sound effects. At one point I lost all gun sounds and had to reboot the game. had a lot of texture pop in as well.
nice has the price been announced for xbox. If it's cheap enough I would love to play through this again as I haven't played it since 1997
