Fair point, I kinda agree with what your saying about mk. I will mainly be playing for the story. the only fighting game I've put serious time into to master over the last 5 years is killer instinct.
surprised your not into metro, it's the atmosphere, characters and world that I love so much.
I've never played kingdom hearts before so can't comment too much on it, plenty of people are super hyped for it though

Sorry, I bet there's going to be some incredible games on switch like maybe a new Metroid. I was just concentrating on the consoles I own. might even pick up a switch if I can find time to play more games but that's looking unlikely as I don't even have the time to play the games I have especially with gamepass
have to ashen is incredible, trying to get it finished before below this weekend and I'm also hearing good things about mutant year zero. will be playing mk10 as I've never played it for some reason
what do you think to ashen? pretty sure I'm not to far from finishing it and I think it's incredible. so out of the nearly 200 games there's not one game you would like to play that you don't already own?
ori will obviously be amazing but need to see some gameplay for battletoads
what about sekiro, kingdom hearts 3, mortal konbat 11, ori and the will of the wisps and metro exodus. they're all coming out first half of next year. there's just too many good games to play lol
I think next year could potentially be better. the first part of the year is incredible. resident evil 2 remake, shadows die twice, kingdom hearts 3, metro exodus, division 2, devil may cry 5, anthem, mortal kombat 11, ori and the will of the wisps. then the outer worlds, possibly one or two of sony's first party games, gears 5 and then obviously some unannounced games.
hopefully they have learnt from the mistakes made with rare. it's a whole new structure at microsofts gaming division now and phil wasn't in charge back then so fingers crossed they can keep improving, same goes for all the other new studios

I think they definitely have the potential to be one of microsofts best studios with playground games. really excited for this and glad it's releasing on multiple platforms so more people get to enjoy it

The visuals are definitely different. I think the lighting and atmosphere in the caves are incredible. I wasn't a fan of the second area but after that there some amazing locations and vistas.
so you clearly haven't played the game and don't know anything about it lol. I am a huge souls fan and this game is the best 'souls like game I have played outside the from software games. the lighting and visuals are stunning. with regards to the map it is very similar to dark souls in that there're large interconnected areas. it's certainly not as hard as dark souls due to the co-op partner but its extremely challenging if you go at it solo. there're enemies everywhe...
played ashen all yesterday and have to say it's exceeded my expectations and then some, really nice unique art style, obvious dark souls combat and gameplay, the dungeons are incredible with beautiful lighting, really interesting characters but the thing that surprised me the most is the co-op. I wasn't sure if it would work but there's something special about completing a hard mission with somebody without even talking to them
it is possible but you have to be at the same part of the game and set up some type of private game only using a code. I must admit not being able to play co-op with a friend in an easy way is the only negative thing I can say about this game. other than that it's amazing, so far i'd say it's one of the best games I've played this year

been playing ashen all day and it's freaking awesome. I've been looking forward to it for years but it's exceeded my expectations and then some. below is also coming to game pass later this month which also looks awesome

Not sure what you mean by 'if it goes into game pass they wont get paid' Microsoft owns obsidian so any money going to obsidian for the game now goes to Microsoft. if Microsoft think it's worth taking a hit on game sales to promote game pass it's certainly possible. I've got game pass so obviously I think it would be amazing lol
just finished this game and strongly recommend to any dark souls fan even though it's not quite as challenging playing with a co-op partner. anybody with gamepass it's a must play
