Where were those grand fights in the first GoW? This is the first entry in the Norse mythology, and there’s obviously going to be sequels, so why kill all the Aesir gods in one game? Really, the original GoW trilogy didn’t hit the point you’re talking about until GoW3.

If rather they just do what they did for PS4: host an event in early 2020, launch in time for the holidays. That way they don’t risk derailing PS4.

I guess it depends on what “near” means. This year? Nope. Next year? Not really. Late 2020? Probably a good time to launch.

TLoU2? Really? Variety means a good game can’t have a sequel? You’re actually trying to compare a games first sequel to Mario’s repetition? Your opinion is a joke. I am looking forward to those games, but I’m also looking forward to games like Days Gone and Death Stranding, like I was looking forward to BloodBorne, Gravity Rush, and HZD. Nintendo rarely ever attempts anything outside of their tired old franchises. Splatoon was their first successful new IP in 15 years. That’s why they truly l...

So? Variety is always better than the same thing over and over, at least if you’re not a child.

Rage doesn’t need a sequel; that game was awful. Looked pretty, and it was crazy how it was one of the only games on PS3 to be native 1080p/ 60 FPS, but it had next to nothing else going for it.

I’d rather the id team be going all in on the next DOOM. That’s a far more promising sequel.

It is. But getting that perfect slice is a night mare lol

You know, people do have the right to not like something like Switch if they have legitimate reasoning. You can’t deny that it does have a decent amount of shortcomings.

You only say that because you’ve never had to buy/ bake your own loaves and slice your own bread lol

Believe me, slicing bread actually really sucks lol

Because they basically took the money people invested into Wii U, and shoved it into Switch. Zelda got delayed for years so it could launch on Switch, and there’s no way that Odyssey wasn’t originally going to be a Wii U title. Point is, Switch is only doing good because Wii U did so horrible that Nintendo could just back away from it without anyone complaining. That fact, and of course the fact that 95% of Switch’s exclusives are Wii U ports.

For Mario and Zelda. Everything else they make is either on the same level as, or lower than, the competition, mainly Sony.

Looking forward to it.

Based on the previews, it sure sounds like it. I imagine it’s going to be yet another SoT; service game with little at launch, under the prospect that people will simply have to wait potentially years of paid DLC to get a complete experience out of it.

I can see what they’re doing with this sort of classics streaming service that comes with the paid subscription, but im pretty sure it’s already been confirmed that the games in the service will only be available for a limited time, and we still don’t know if it’s going to extend beyond NES titles. There’s potential there for something better than VC, but we’ll have to wait.

Same here. I haven’t picked mine up in quite some time, and the news today that Nintendo is basically adding nothing to their online service, besides a paywall, is even more dissapointing. There’s still games I want to get, but Nintendo is not doing a good keeping me on board.

Please continue to support Battlefront 2. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t having a lot of fun with it since the progression system was fixed. New modes, maps, and heroes would be awesome.

Amazing? They used to define entire genres and set the gold standard during both the SNES AND N64.

Yes, but all my trophies, games, online stats, online friends, etc., are all in one single community. I don’t need to be signed up for 5 different services to play games.

I never said millions didn’t prefer BF. Those that prefer BF don’t speak for the entire audience of the FPS genre. Different people are allowed to like different things in the games they buy. Personally I think BF is insanely overrated, but that’s me.
