I say make the games on the HD-DVD format. Why purposely fight a war at a disadvantage if you have the added space that the HD-DVD provides.
Make a few killer aps that can only be played on HD-DVD that are must have and that people must upgrade in order to play.
They should put a faster HD-DVD drive in as well to cut down on load times.
Package it as the new elite bundle at the same price (Toshiba won't mind taking a hit).

Weinstein can stay HD-DVD for all I care. I could care less about 1408, Clerks II, or Wolf Creek. Pulse was terrible Lucky number Slevin was okay and Scary Movie 4 was abysmal.
