Hang in there HD-DVD. I'm Blu through and through but this format war is highly entertaining. They're bloodied and getting their @$$'s kicked every round but they refuse to go down.
I'm going to miss this war. It was a lot of fun.
It still kills me that just because some "unnamed inside internet source" says that Fox was going to go red people actually believe it. Another "unnamed inside internet source" says that Warner was offered 500 million. One of the two is lying and we'll find out easy enough during Warner's financials at the end of the quarter.
Live offers HD downloads as well as standard def. They just don't get them on day and date with DVD's and hi def.
They ignore what the exec himself says and just make up their own story.
LOL there goes that reliable internet source spilling the beans again. I heard from a reliable trusted internet source that Warner was given a free Blu-Ray bag and pen and the execs got taken out to Cracker Barrell to seal the deal. You can find the source here.

Surfer girl needs to take a vacation.
I disagree. There are a lot of 360 owners with shiny new Hi def television sets who still want to watch hi def movies on them. The live download service doesn't have day and date releases with Blu-Ray some don't get released to download at all.
You're choice is to buy a PS3 or Blu-Ray player and enjoy that HD theater, stick with what you have while hoping MS's download service catches up, or give up and just keep watching your Transformers disc over and over again until you b...
What about Fable 2? I literally yawned through that entire list.
That's because the 360 Ultimate is going to have a built in Blu-Ray player!
I'm going to miss this format war. It was a lot of fun. Oh well back to the old PS360 thing.
Here is the link right from Time Warner's mouth.

I'd like to hear what Michael Bay has to say. I'm sure he's laughing his @$$ off somewhere.
LOL xbots still can't wait to get that 360 Ultimate with the built in HD-DVD drive and the Kung Fu Grip.
I can't believe Microsoft is already thinking about releasing the game on it's next console while ignoring the current 360. I wonder how soon they're planning on releasing the new system.
Sack boy will be Sony's Mario.
Load free gaming FTW!
That pretty much sums it up then. Good work Captpwn
Those tips seem helpful. I see too many Xbots accusing people of being idiots just because they expect their 360 to work and function like any other consumer electronics device.
We are trained to think that our DVD player, Ipod, TV, Receiver, original xbox are just plug and play, but MS decided to throw us all a curveball.
My PS3, Receiver, and HD dish box are all inside of a wooden cabinet. I just keep the door open on the PS3 side and it runs silent and w...
Yeah but if you're the only person in town with a HD-DVD burner you'll never be able to transfer those files onto someone else's computer.
