I'll buy the European version if it comes out before the US version. At least then I'll be able to read the menu options.
Yeah I'm not going through that crap and Too Human and Ninja Gaiden 2 aren't enough to make me want to have to deal with the uncertainty and headache.

2009 will be the last year for PS2's 10 year run. It's a mixed bag for Sony because they make a profit on each PS2 sold let alone on the games themselves. But for long term profitability they have to let it go because the PS2's existence hurts PS3 sales.
Why do people base anything off of what a retailer's console listing says? Has any of them ever been right?
I'm trying to think of an instance where a retailer's site posting nailed a release date or a console listing. It is weird that the info is coming from a pro xbox site.
I hope a Sony internal studio does the Crysis port. Anyone else will be trying to run it all off the PPU.

You have to say no in order to protect your current sales. If you let the rumor float consumers might lean towards waiting on their purchase in the hopes of a price cut. If you state unequivocally no price cut it removes the option of waiting.
Now that I know it's going to be restrained by releasing also on the 360 my anticipation meter for this title has gone down dramatically. I didn't buy a 360 I bought a PS3 and if a developer is going to develop their game to the lowest common denominator that is their prerogative. However that also makes it my prerogative to pass on the game and spend my time on games that try to push the console to its limits.

The Warner exec insisted to everyone that they didn't receive any money. It's not like he would lie about it when everyone would know when their financials came out at the end of the quarter.

I just though it was hilarious in that video when the developer was talking about the different combat moves the character could pull of but he couldn't do them himself.
I thought the original 33% figure was low I don't know a 360 owner who hasn't had problems with their box.
I used to want a 360 but with the only worthwhile game coming out in the near future being Gear of War 2 I think I'll just wait until MS gets their act together.

When they first released screen shots of this game a couple of years ago everyone thought that pics were too good to be true. What a difference a few years makes.
Steel Monkeys always said they wanted the game completely done before they went to a publisher so they wouldn't have to compromise their artistic integrity. Blu-Ray helps them keep that integrity.
