-Blu ray will have a short life when compared to dvd or vhs.
*Fast evolving hardware and 4000x2000 new TVs will demand a new HHD format.
-it does not make sense when most games that are due out before the new console is launched are already planned around DVD limitations.
-People can stand 5 years with the look of actual games.
-If they do, they would leave millions of consumers in the cold.
-Developers would need ...

I have all the Call of Duty (except the 3rd because the morons didn't make it for PC) and I can't say that the whole stack of boxes is an excellent paper weight.
So yes, in a way, it has weight.

Yep the PS3 consumes 380 Watts, while the 360 asks for 180 Watts, less than the half.
I'm pretty sure that, if your console is on 4 hours a day, you save at least the said 50$ by playing on 360.
Flawless argument. But I spend more than 50$ on a friday night for coke and/or hookers, I don't care that I have to pay 0.14$ that very same day to play Castle Crashers online with a Ho while I'm high.
I even don't care when, at the end of the week, I notice it cost me 0.96 dollars to play online the WHOLE week while I pay 1.50$ for a single bottle of Pepsi that takes 2 minutes to drink.
