MS didn't "gut" them...at least according to the source you have provided.
It only states that MS was going to "restructure" the team with possible layoffs due to the economic times and short comings of sales.
RARE is not dead nor "gutted" just streamlined to be more efficient as a game studio.

I can't get enough of Forza 4. Just so much fun. I am going to have a hard time deciding which game to play. Forzs 4 or Forza Horizon.

A Killzone trilogy bundled is briliant.
1st you are bundling a firt party title with your own console.

I don't understand why people are so surprised that MS would register a domain for Halo 5 when Halo 4 is almost done and releasing in a couple months. Naturally they are going to start work on Halo 5 right after if they haven't already.

Forza is a 1st party game.
MS is also well known for bundling Halo games and Fable games.
It makes perfect sense for a console maker to bundle their own 1st party titles.
What I don't get why is Sony bundling NHL13 to Canadians rather than the new Killzone Trilogy pack. Shooters sell much more than sports game regardless of what country the bundle is released in.

The problem is people are not willing to shell out the money for it because of either:
1) Price doesn't equate to purhcase
2) Already have PSP or DS/DS3
3) Waiting for enough VITA game in the market to warrant a purchase
