There is no way that the stated features will be in the console version of the game.
Detailed 3D trees? Not a chance. Unless they are planning on having 1 tree in the background.
This game will be best played on the PC, just like BF3. The console versions will be good, but the PC versions will be great.
GT5 has a very limited amount of cars that have an interior view. If you are looking for a "true sim-like" experience, the first thing you MUST have is an interior view. It's not "sim" if you are driving out of your car.
Only reason I end up playing more Forza 4 than my GT5 is simply I don't have an interior view for some of the cars in my garage.

EA gave us the true stick handling and shooting using the thumb sticks on the controllers since NHL 09.
Sports wise, I would say EA is a leading factor in their games. Tiger woods using motion control and thumb sticks rather than old school golf games like hitting the A or B button. I am currently playing some free RPG's on my Samsung Galaxy s3 which are really quite enjoyable. I don't see why if I am playing free entertaining games on my phone I would need to pay $250+tax + cost of games when I am playing some FREE enjoyable games on my phone while, like you say, just riding a bus or train or basically in transit from point A to point B to ensure I am not bored to death because I am not at home to play on my PS3.

I really enjoy some of the cars in the car packs. So many car packs with so many cars, unfortunately I can't afford them all. I have to be very picky with what car pack I choose.

I agree "a lot" shouldn't be, but there are a good handful that should be. That is my point. A huge library of games on the PS1, I think it's not hard to pick out 3-5 games within that list to continue the IP in this gen.

I think "Rip-Off" is a strong and negative term. Super Smash Bros is clearly the influence for PS Allstars, but Hideki Kamiya is really coming across as insecure cynical. PS Allstars is not going to take anything away from the greatness of Super Smash Bros. I think there is enough room in the gaming industry for both titles.

I think you are confusing MS's "Surface" tablet with MS's "SmartGlass" application.
Surface is the physical tablet, just like the Ipad.
SmartGlass is an application that connects devices like Ipad and Surface or Samsung Galaxy s and Iphones to access game information related to the game that you are currently playing on your TV via 360 or 720.

Wii Sports has a basketball free throw game in it.
I agree that there is not much competition out there when it comes to basketball motion games, but for what there is, Kinect sports 2 is the best thus far which isn't really saying much but like Evildead is stating, it's kind of like a side point. Looks on par to me with the 360 and PS3 versions. I also have to admit that playing and also having the ability to just look down at your 2nd screen for a brief moment to view the map or other menu options without having to hit start is a positive in my book. Access to more information instantaneously without leaving the main screen seems like a great advantage and a step in the right direction to enhance gaming.
