Have you ever considered that perhaps you're the one being a pussy and that you need to stop freaking out over an opinion article? The article raises a good point - the writing in these Tomb Raider games has been really flawed, if not downright terrible at times. I didn't bother playing the third game but Lara is an unlikeable, dumb character in Rise Of The Tomb Raider.

"fake negative reviews". What do you mean by fake? It's an okay game so it got okay reviews. Some people just have higher standards.

When Rage 2 got similar reviews, nobody called the reviews "fake". They just accepted that it had problems and moved on with their lives ... probably because it's a multiplatform game.

I suppose for me there's too many things about the game that are objectively a bit off, like the lengthy transitions between cutscenes and gameplay and the melee animations often not playing properly. Weird issues and oversights that I don't recall in most games and that are hard to ignore.

I used all of the tactics that you provided. It's not "pointless" to complain about the pistol if the game forces you to use it and the melee combat everytime you clear a freaker nest.
