It makes you wonder what will happen with Ghost of Tsushima since these games were scheduled to release within a month of each other (May 29th vs June 26th).
Tbh, it might be a good idea for Sony to just release one of these games in late Summer and to release the other in Autumn because the coronavirus is going to remain a huge issue for while. But if they delay one of the games until Autumn they might be better off releasing it as a high profile launch title on PS5 alongs...
Translation: "M$ are currently doing a better job at this so backwards compatibility is now bad." Ffs.
You should know that most PlayStation fans disagree with this fanboy bullshit. Sony's backwards compatibility solution is way better than was initially thought so I and millions of others will be happy when we can play PS4 games with better performance. The PS4 library is so vast that there will always be great games that PS4 owners would have missed as well ...
No Spec Ops. No buy.
No Spec Ops. No buy.
Nope. It also doesn't seem to come with Spec Ops (rip-off).
It should be "Siths have a tendency to deal in absolutes". haha
I would just like to say that KilluaX3 sent me the following comment: "7/10 unanimously means good so I don't know what there is to "defend" about Days Gone." I wrote out a comment and tried to reply but he had already blocked me in advance. To KilluaX3, there's no need to get that offended. Calm down. Also, here's my response:
"I didn't mention that Days Gone was a "7/10 game" as an insult. I mentioned it because both Days...

Most of the maps and their spawns are quite poor - just like Ghosts. Maps seem to be the current Infinity Ward's Achilles' heel. Putting aside the remakes, the only maps in the standard playlists that I don't mind are Gun Runner, Hackney Yard, Shoot House and maybe Atlas Superstore if I'm being generous.
People are camping so much in mo...
Well, Days Gone was a 7/10 game that people very passionately defended but it was a much higher profile game than this so people were naturally more invested in the idea that it would be good.
Bleeding Edge is not a hill that many people would die on for any platform so TheProfessional is generally wrong although I have seen people using this game's reception to create a narrative ("Game Pass filler").
It's sad that there's maybe 3-4 decent maps in the standard playlists that aren't remakes from previous games and half of them are the new maps that were added since launch.
Backlot and Village are decent choices but I'd like to see more MW2 maps. Scrapyard is already in Warzone so get on it. They need maps that encourage a run and gun style instead of endless camping - bring back Highrise. They also need to let players vote on the maps again like previous C...
No.
You should have read the article, mate. If Sony isn't buying Remedy after-all, I wonder if they are actually acquiring any additional studios (besides Insomniac last year).
Haven't had an Xbox since the 360 but this game is clearly just a fun little experiment. Chill out. "Generic" clearly isn't the right word for a game where you can play as a dolphin in a mech and as a samurai who can ride a skateboard into battle.
This comment is fanboy drivel. I have a large backlog of PS4 games that I would like to continue playing on PS5 with better performance. Now, I would have to continue playing these on PS4 after I buy a PS5 and if I want to get the best performance for those games, I should get a PS4 Pro instead of a PS5 because BC on PS5 is underdeveloped. That's a disaster and Sony should be taking BC more seriously.
Also, what's with your hatred of "old games". Are you ...
The PS5 costs $450 to make so the $400 price tag is very unlikely unless Sony eats at least $50 on every console sold. It also doesn't just come down to games. If the Series X offers much better performance for the same price, that's a big deal because you're getting better value in terms of hardware.
The PS5 needs to be significantly cheaper. I want to play Sony's first party games but we shouldn't be paying the same price for inferior hardware.
If they cost the same, there's an increased likelihood that people will buy the more powerful system. At launch, the PS4 was cheaper and more powerful so it was a no-brainer.
Some positive PS5 news.
Microsoft have promised that thousands of games will be backwards compatible. It's not even close and there's really no excuse for this discrepancy. Sony, on the other hand, are aiming for the top 100 games. What are Sony doing? It seems that most games will be working Day 1 on the Series X so Xbox players can fully move on to next gen without any worries.
I was expecting that I would be able to continue with my backlog of non-live service games on the PS5. Now I m...
Agreed. With HBO you're [usually] guaranteed a fairly high level of quality. Tbh, it's unlikely that the Uncharted movie will be good given the amount of directors that have taken on and subsequently given up on the project.
