Actually , I already addressed the topic (my first reply to your post, in fact). You provided something that is out of Left Field and got called out on it.
And your gif is very appropriate. Fits well with that first post, since you, still, have given no reasonable explanation for why you posted that in the first place!
Of course you don't care what I think - apparently, you're: "always right".
As far as "who cares about them making a shooter", my side of it was obvious. Doesn't matter that Microsoft pushed them in to altering a project (again, happens all the time in life). However, it was YOU who brought up. Your futile attempts at obliviousness don't change what your ultimate goal was.
Bottom line, I wasn't the only person that noti...
But what you're, actually, doing is making the sentiments of Naughty Dog seem false. That's the part that makes absolutely no sense. Who cares if they wanted a "shooter"? The Last Of Us came along and ISN'T a shooter. It's also not the original project they were working on, but instead, a Jak & Daxter reboot, getting the green light from Sony to work on: "whatever they want" if that wasn't working out.
You chose to spin what is her...
*News @ 10 - Competition Breeds Competition*
In the real world, this is how it's always been. Do you think your Xbox One wouldn't have all of the proposed policies in place, still, had they not received the backlash from consumers and competition from Sony? You'd be living in LaLa Land if you thought otherwise.
OT: Always appreciate what Sony does for its studios. It's why, since 1996, I've preferred their systems. Always plenty to play!
Glad someone else appreciated The Order (assuming, of course, you actually played it, unlike some above us who chose, from even BEFORE Day 1, to hate on this game knowing they had no intention of picking it up). That said, the article's sentiments are about quality/expectation, but even with that, The Order exceeded mine.
What DID fail to live up to my expectations was Everybody's Gone To The Rapture. Incredibly boring game with visuals that did not impress me nearly ...
@ Rookie: Well, in fairness, there are comparisons to the PS4 in the article, so I don't see where he's crossed a line, here. Besides, other people have brought up the PS4 in a negative light. So, if he's guilty, so are they!
OT: The X1 is a good system. No arguments there. 2016 is set for me with just Gears 4 and Quantum Break!
Well written, piece. Of course you'll have some critics (as evident by posts above me, but it makes total sense. Never mind the FACT that we got a glimpse at a whole bunch of new stuff, including PS4 exclusive titles that hadn't been unveiled yet.
The lesson to take from this, some will praise, others will moan, and then you have the folks who are "concerned" about a brand they don't favor to begin with (again, evident by a few who have already posted i...
Sony did NOT say expect less AAA titles from. They actually said that they know the situation in 2015 looked a bit dry and that next year and beyond would be better. Not sure how you misconstrued what they said to such a degree, but I have my suspicions.
OT: Anyway, this is definitely an impressive upgrade for such an old game. Bring on Silent Hills 2, 3, &4, Sony! :D
I'll happily buy Silent Hills 2-4, Tekken 4, and The Suffering games Remastered! Bring 'em on, Sony!
I'd say that this holiday was the most important for Microsoft in regards to "tipping" the scale. Next year won't have a Halo, for example, and as far as price is concerned, Sony has remained ahead in the US with a higher tag.
If the gap doesn't close by December 31, 2015 (which is looking like it won't), the PS4 will remain ahead in the US for the rest of the gen.
Nah, the consumer dictates that.
OT: Of course, Pach. No news here.
Exactly. 20% is minor piece of a very large pie!
Hellblade is NOT timed. It's just releasing only on PC and PS4 on the same day. It's like SFV.
Nope. Not making Flame's point at all (obviously, as it was marked for trolling). Bloodborne sold in line with previous games in the genre. You need to learn how the industry works. Just because you have a userbase of 30 million doesn't mean you will sell to 30 million people.
Besides, his point was off-topic and inflammatory anyway. Bloodborne and Tomb Raider have no realistic correlation whatsoever.
Seems you're out of touch with reality, as Bloodborne cleared 2 million two and a half months ago (selling 1 million in less than a month after release).

Thus, it has sold more first week and will probably end up with the higher lifetime than Rise of Tomb Raider X1. You really should be careful with those meaningless com...
Well, I presented a continuation of it, and as you an see, some of the folks here still can't accept it. I wouldn't waste anymore time. I'm just happy to have all of the systems that matter, here. So, I won't miss out on anything. ;)

There's another for you ElGordo. Continuing with what you posted, Ono talks about partnering with Sony, cross play, and the like. Entirely different from Tomb Raider, but as you can see, some people will remain in denial no matter what you post.
...
There's plenty it's "got to do with". You're saying the situations are the same. I'm telling why they aren't and the sales of the games are just one reason. Just because you combined the totals of SFIV (which also ignores the later editions, like Super and Ultra) doesn't negate that the Street Fighter fanbase is bigger on PlayStation.
As for the length of Tomb Raider's dev time - I wouldn't know (and neither would you). Square said no...
Indeed. There seems to be a high rate of denial in here. Anyone paying attention, for the last few months, knew this would be the case.
"Let's launch Tomb Raider, against Fallout 4, without the larger fanbase." That spells DISASTER, to me.
That considered, 300K isn't abysmal, but it's no where close to what it could have achieved.
No nerves struck (I always chuckle at deflection). But I am awaiting how Naughty Dog is wrong, here. Your first post does nothing to disapprove it. I'm expecting the next "link" to be good!
