Um.......I'm not sure what there is to "kiss up" to when this game will outsell Battlefield. Not all devs think like extreme fans do, thankfully.
You could just buy a PS4 if this bothers you that much.

Yeah, I always hate it when journalists let their hype suddenly cloud everything. Not to get me wrong, what's been shown of this new Battlefield looks promising, but to call it the most modern shooter of the generation, without any real game-play reveal, not only does a disservice to the many released titles, it's hyperbole in the worst way.

Forget the 9+ games. Ratchet & Clank and Until Dawn are held in high regard and neither game has a Metascore of at least 90.

A simple truth that people would rather ignore, to somehow claim the X1 is the "definitive" machine. Never ceases to amaze.
For me, I'm just looking forward to it and am glad that the PC will forever house this franchise, in addition to the Xbox.

Sony's marketing was lacking last gen. For the PS4, though, it's been an entirely different story. I see more PS4 commercials than either X1 or Wii U - something I couldn't say for the PS3.
