I honestly feel that he peaked in his Bullfrog days, other than Black an White the Lionhead releases have been average at best in my opinion.
Cannot wait to play this - love the art style and setting, especially love the names of the protagonists and ohhh, those great, great beards! :)

I found it useful as it happens as I never picked it up on PS3 and decided to wait for the PS4 version once it was announced. Its nice to know some of the improvements such as the almost instant load times etc.
I think its a little disengenuous to say that resolution doesn't matter and to also lable anyone who does care as a fanboy.
For me, if the gameplay and mechanics etc are the same in both versions however one has a better performance and/or is visually more impressive then that it the version I want to play - everytime!
It doesnt make me a fanboy, and you better beleive that if the roles were reversed and the XB1 was outperforming that would be the console...

Would be interesting to see it running I think, I love my flight sim stuff and have always been envious of others multi screen setups but not sure how it would look on a game like this.
Have to say though, that shot really shows some poor textures.
I really don't feel that Lionhead have ever been a triple A developer and cannot get excited in the slightest by anything they announce anymore.

One thing I know for sure is that Kojima never misses a chance to re-sell his MGS franchise so I am expecting a re-release of the MGS games in one bundle at some point.
The only thing I have noticed regularly is the 0HP but for the longest time I just assumed they killed me first and had just about survived - I didn't realise it was a bug.
Other than this I absolutely adore this game, having been a BF player since 1942 and putting hundreds of hours into BF3 on PC I can honestly say I have as much fun on BF4 on my PS4 that I have ever had on previous versions.

My only gripe is that the patch for the headset hasnt released yet, once this lands I will consider my PS4 almost perfect.
I personally love the UI, the last stuff you played is nearest the front and if you put a disk in that moves to the front. You can also just say "playstation Resogun" for example and it will move it to the front.
Just seems like real non issues to me, some people are just never EVER happy!
I have to imagine that a 'porting' specialist would have some pretty talented coders and engineers. I would also suggest that both parties would have collaborated quite a lot on the Tomb Raider project.
I think its just a little too convenient to blame the performance difference on different devs, the trend has been started, its not like this is an isolated case and there are now more rumnours about WatchDogs too.
Its impossible to award any game a title like 'game of the generation', what one person likes another will not.
Just for my personal taste though, nobody loved the Last of Us as much as I did......I adored that game.
However, if I had to pick a game of the generation I think Bioshock (the original) or Mass Effect 2 would just pip The Last of Us....just!
Looks cool if you are into this type of shooter but I am a little on the fence about it to be honest. I absolutely hate COD, I played Ghosts for a few days over Christmas and I just could not get on with it.
This looks very similar to me, obviously the mechs and jetpacks add some variety however the shooting itself looks very COD like. I dont have many friends on PC either so its doubtful I will pick it up as I would largely be playing alone.

Personally doesn't bother me in the slightest. Would I prefer 60fps? sure, but it has never been something that would stop me buying a game before and its not something that stops me now.
A good game is a good game as far as I am concerned.
The figures are pretty close relatively speaking and I do wonder how much Killzone factors into this. I know I personally opted out of buying COD and chose to pick up Killzone instead.
I think I am right in saying there were no other shooters competing for attention on XB1 - this may have been a factor too in my opinion.
I find this whole situation very strange, that the dev's have so little information over what announcements are incoming.
I still think its strange that after what happened with Activision, Zampella and co. got into bed with another 'evil corporation' like EA - perhaps after they are sacked again they will learn to be more choosy with who they do business with!
