@bruce
Yeah, thats a fair point squire. As a predominantly Playstation gamer I was very disappointed when MS snagged Tomb Raider.

While I can play it on my XB1 or on the PC shortly I would have preferred to play it on PS4 to get the trophies.

I will buy TR on the XB1 shortly (and again on PS4 no doubt), I have almost finished the fab Sunset Overdrive and am about half way through a 'Survivor' playthrough of Bioshock which will give me my most...

The game deserved better, it has been heavily discounted in price for several weeks which, when taken with the poor performance in the charts upon release would suggest that a good chunk of the sales have not yielded the kind of returns the developer deserves. Also, these sales are across both Xbox consoles so its still unclear where the truth lies.....Greenberg should never be trusted.

It ultimately doesn't matter, all that matters to me is that the game is fantastic an...

Except it has been available at a knock down price for weeks so its not a million sales at full price.

I bought it for £27 3 weeks ago (rrp is £50 here in UK).

In my opinion the only issue the Order had was that it was a little short and felt like it ended a little prematurely because the main antagonists story arc isnt concluded.

While the gameplay was hardly groundbreaking I liked it fine but the storytelling, universe and production values were utterly brilliant. The game was solid and didnt deserve a fraction of the hate it got.

I cannot beleive that there is any truth to these rumours.

If Microsoft pulled a stunt like this you better beleive that most of the 15 million owners of the current XB1 would be super pissed and I for one would never trust MS again, let alone buy another one of their consoles.

It would be nothing more than a slap in the face for early adoptors of their console and I struggle to beleive that Spencer would see this as good for business following all his work t...

Couldn't agree more squire, Japan has delivered some amazing titles this year.

Bloodborne is without doubt my favourite game of 2015, I think I am a little burnt out on open world style games and after around 70 hours in Witcher and another 70 or more in Fallout the gameplay failed to hold my attention.

Bloodbornes gameplay is what made it my favourite this year, the controls, combat and moment to moment gameplay were pretty much unrivalled, although MGS...

Thinking back it was quite stagging just how bad things were handled by MS. As a PlayStation fan I can't say that it had any real influence on my plan to hold off on a purchase of the XB1, I was always going to buy a Sony console first.

Having said that, I was always open to picking up the XB1 soon after release however everything MS said and did under Mattrick turned me off the console more and more. I foget the exact quote bug when Mattrick said something along the li...

Nah, I think you have the wrong end of the stick pal and games are only going to get more expensive as gamers demand increasingly better graphics and performance.

By the way, its possible to have conversations without childish name calling fella.

I have no problem paying for a theme, particularly when its a theme for a beloved game. I am currently using a great The Last of Us theme and absolutely love it.

I imagine a decent amount of effort goes into making a good theme with good audio included, if they want to charge 2 quid then I can dig it, however, Sony should certainly allow people to make custom themes.

Very jealous of your Last of Us platinum squire, that an Bloodborne are games I really want to platinum.

I am on 15 plats at the moment but they are all games I loved which is why the two above are so coveted, I want to add them to my list. As much I can appreciate the multiplayer in TLoU I didnt like it enough to put the hours in, they are the only 2 trophies I am missing though.

Not to mention all the testing and certification processes that have to be completed before it is allowed to see a release.

Spot on fella, its not just trophy support either, titles would have to go through various testing and certification processes before being allowed to release on PS4.

I bought Robocop on VHS in the 80s, I am really pissed that I had to buy it again recently on BluRay, I should at least get a discount!

Despite owning all the current systems I chose to wait until PS4 sees a release.

As a customer who supported the Tomb Raider franchise by buying all the releases over the years (including the PS4 release of the definitive edition) it really irritated me when they went for an exclusive deal.

I dont have a problem with exclusive titles per se which is why I own all 3 current gen consoles, but this was a title that started out as a multiplatform game and would h...

The problem as I see it is that even though it will technically be a new release on PS4 when it comes out, there will be a perception that its an old game.

All the buzz has been and gone, it had its time in the limelight and people will have moved on to whatever the next big title might be.

2016 looks stacked with exciting titles so its unlikely that Tomb Raider will launch unchallenged. It will sell I am sure, but it wont enjoy that same excitement and buz...

I am currently playing through it on my PS3 and it has occurred to me that I might wait as I really think a remaster is a no brainer.

I am 10 hours in now so will keep on as it still looks incredible even now, can only imagine how good a remaster will look.
