By the same token, you havent played it so how can you say it is worthy of more than a 7.
You just sound like an insecure kid who is desperate to have his purchase validated. Just chill out, if you like the game that is all that should matter.
Personally, I havent paid attention to a review for donkeys, the amount of games I have loved that have been poorly recieved critically is endless.
It is an absolutely brilliant game, the only issue I have on PS4 is the loading times, everything else is great. There are occasional bugs but the PC version was riddled with bugs and performance issues so I am pleasantly suprised at how good the console version is.
Cannot argue with you squire, Uncharted is something really special too.
I loved it for the first 10 hours or so but the game got so repetitive due to the repeating mission types and crazy amount of collectibles....the map is literally littered with icons to collect or rinse and repeat side missions.
Still, it played fantastically well, had a great artstyle and overall, was a good game and I would be interested in a sequel for sure.
I would urge anyone resistant to buying a PS4 to go for it, Uncharted, Ratchet & Clank and Bloodborne are pretty much essential games in my opinion, add loads of other fab exclusives like Disgaea, Gravity Rush and Infamous and there is enough go justify picking one up.
Bloodborne is probably the best game I have played this gen, its sublime.
Since when was being enthused by games an indication of being a fanboy?
Its an article about Sony exclusives, what do you expect to see here other than fans of games like Uncharted 4 or Bloodborne?
For all you folks from outside the UK, the Mirror is a complete joke of a daily newspaper, read by morons.
If I were a paranoid kinda guy, I might think that the timing of this article is merely trying to take any positivity away from PSVR. Where was this article when Oculus and Vive launched?
Hate it when people state opinion as fact, it's especially annoying to me when a so called journalist makes the statement.
While Horizons is fantastic and a great example of an arcade racer, I prefer Project Cars, Assetto Corsa, F1 or Rally 4 as I like my racers towards the sim end of the spectrum.
I loved the Alpha, loved the Beta and I loved this trailer. Tonally, it hit the mark dead on and that music was utterly epic, I have a weird thing where music like that really makes my heart swell and brings tears to my eyes.....I loved that trailer to bits.
I buy BF games for MP so it wont be the end of the world if the campaign fails to live up to that trailer, but I am certainly excited to find out if it does.
I did have a PSVR pre ordered but decided to cancel it and see how things pan out for a few months first.
Would love to see driveclub at 60fps, it really would be the icing on the cake. Gutted that Evolution were shut down, DriveClub blossomed into such a good game
Cared enough to come into this article and leave a dumb comment though, huh?
Utter tosh, the base game is pretty feature packed and is flipping brilliant to play. The season pass is like 10 quid now and doubles the content so is an utter bargain.
You sound like someone who has never played it to me.
Considering all you know about the Scorpio is a couple of words on a glorified powerpoint presentation and given MS's long history of exaggeration and lying about new tech, you are sure making a lot of assumptions.
They are down and out these days but they have everything they need to make a comeback, all they need is a CEO who is a gamer and wants to genuinely invest in videogames and they can do it.
They have such a vast library of intellectual property that they can exploit that it would just take the right changes in leadership.
The internet is full of plonkers who go online and slate games devs and companies but the fact remains, make a game good enough and eve...
It has nothing to do at all with maintaining interest in the games with gold promotion throughout the month. I has everything to do with only having to pay for two weeks worth of availability for each of the titles.
Its not fair to generalise in such a way however I definitely see a lot of nonsense from some sections of the PC elitist camp when it comes to gaming. There seems to be a complete lack of awareness from some sections within the PC community of the importance of the console market, particularly in the AAA sector. Without the money generated by games sales on console the majority of AAA games would never see a release on PC, as was suggested by the developers of CDProject a few months ago. ...
Well, I am 10 hours in and so far I have had a great time. I will concede that the AI is a bit simplistic but otherwise I am loving it.
Yet again, these kind of reviews simply reinforce why I never ever listen to reviews, particularly when they have a smell of clickbait about them like this one.
