Game "Journalism", I think you mean. Always remember, if the title of an article is a question, it's probably clickbait.
Alternately, the creator might just want to make the best version of the game that he can, and $7 million was the minimum necessary to make the game at all. There's a difference between wanting more money to bring a product to market and wanting more money to make a product even better.
Just call it "Rainbow Six: Counterstrike" and be done with it.
Which was exactly what Target did last year before the lower price Xbox One SKU hit the market. These sorts of rebate programs are usually sponsored by the company who makes the product as a way to eliminate excess stock in advance of a price drop. When you start seeing these sorts of rebate offers, you can be sure that a price drop is close behind.
Actually the one that really got me was late in that level where you were behind a large crate in a theater or ballroom on the ship, where guys would spawn on the balconies and side doors around you. That one made the water room look like a cake walk.
And it was absolutely not a cake walk.
Unfortunately, what we have to consider is with the direction of the free to play Nosgoth out in the world, that any "sequel" to the Legacy of Kain series might not be what we expect. Less a continuation of the storyline of Kain & Raziel, and more a refined cash grab that ignores the legacy of the series.
Just like Phantasy Star. Goddammit.
In fact, they used a similar technique with the Uncharted 2 trailers, where when they framed the shots in such a way that it seemed like Drake and Elena were in a standoff, not knowing if they could trust each other. It wasn't made specifically for the trailer, but the order of the shots was specifically designed to give that impression.
Within reason. I'm hoping that it isn't excessively frustrating during the time where you're building that relationship. As interesting as the concept is, in application it has to take a back seat to satisfying gameplay.
The difference is that Sony funded development of Street Fighter V, while Microsoft is paying Square-Enix to not release an already developed game on their competitor's platform.
Obviously you didn't play the demo or the original. The difference is significant and obvious.
Greatness from small beginnings.
They're = They are

With comments like the above, I'm kind of glad you won't be playing the Uncharted 4 multiplayer.
@imortus_san: Again, improved resolution, 60 FPS, all the DLC including the award winning DLC Left Behind, all at a discounted rate of $40. That's not desperation in any way, that's listening to your customers. Considering all the awards that the game won, there had to have been a lot of people moving from Xbox 360 to PS4 who hadn't had a chance to play the game last generation and now would have the opportunity to experience it for themselves. The Last Of Us Remastered game went ...
The Uncharted Collection adds a number of new features, graphic and framerate improvements, and gives access to the MP Beta of Uncharted 4. Yes they took out the basic multiplayer from UC2 & 3.
You know what they also took out? $100.
Those who did not have a chance to play the games on the PS3 now have a chance to play the Uncharted trilogy in 1080p at 60 FPS. All told that's a good deal for me, and I already own all three on PS3. To someone buying f...
@XBLSkull: Wait what? The PS4 and Xbox One version of MSG4?
Its a good game, but desperately in need of a patch. Too many ways to lock out quest trees or trophies that require 100% collection of items that are bugged.
Star Wars Battlefront comes with a $100 bill in each game case.
...Or do I have to have a website to make wild unsubstantiated claims?
Bloody network was back up and running before this article even got approved.
@lipton101: And yet you loved Alien Isolation which had a female main character. Considering your comment history, this really sounds like console zealotry.
