ya know...what is truly lost here is imagination. No one freaked out when Inception left the story up to USE YOUR BRAIN. I personally really enjoyed ME3 and had no real issue with the end of the game. Sometimes not knowing everything, is knowing enough. It's kinda sad to me that someone can tell another person that their vision of something just isn't good enough. Will never make sense to me but I guess some things just aren't supposed to .
good luck with him getting a job in the future running his mouth like that...people so quickly forget how fast the internet can make you a hero or a goat
YEA...but GTA on the PC is by far the best version...had initial issues but that was due more to social club than anything else
The game is great though there are some puzzles in there that kinda kick your butt a bit.
Played for several hours last night and though it takes a bit to get started as the opening is really an extended tutorial in how to play the game...its really starting to get good!!!
I think we would be better off without used games. It would not for sure drive the cost of games down, but it would keep them from rising in the near future. With the rising cost of game development, they need more income to support that. It's a business, a fun one, but still a business. Yes, there are times I have bought games that I really didn't like. Just like I have bought shoes that in the end just didn't get comfortable. Or bought a car that just didn't last as lo...
i can see where they would say that 5% of people use the cockpit view in codemasters games. Sadly I'm part of that 5% so it sucks for me...but I wonder what the statistics of games like Forza and GT are? Rally racing is easier for most with out of car cam due to the amount of dust and broken windshields. I know on the PC side that statistic has to be higher than 5%...but hey, he at least makes a good point that they can spend that development time on other aspects of the game and being...
darksiders 2 is about a 20 hour main story with a lot of side quests...so yea...will take a while to complete = P
YAY THQ...had to sacrifice a lot of get there but maybe...jsut maybe...we might see homeworld 3 someday now = P
Either way, though they are nice textures and the modder DOES deserve props...still a really old game and it looks like it...high res textures or no
I agree...though when you make 10 times the money you ever made running a game service...i think it hurts your drive a bit.
Just like the housing market, .COM businesses, investment firms, banks, and starbucks....if you over saturate a market...it will crumble...and then over time it will rebuild itself
I really don't think people hate Carmack...the things he has done for the industry as a whole are legendary. I think it has more to do with him talking a little too much. He has kinda become the Sony(not PS3 guys) of the games industry. He has amazing vision and the ability to R&D some great tech, but it takes someone else after him to perfect it.
take the game out completely...the engine tech is what really held it back. From pour muddy textures when you are up close, to texture popping. Remember a time when people used to license iD's engines? Not anymore...
they finally got the lag under control for he most part...the biggest problem with the first one was that half the people then still used 56k modems = P
she looks like a young joan cousack in that pic = P
its an attempt to push a new interface and advance how we interact with the windows OS. Been looking basically at the same GUI for 10+ years. I struggled with it or a while but have grown very fond of the new system. No one likes change...but it grows on you after a while
takes a real man to admit he can be wrong...and shows the fact that even the things in life that seem tried and true...don't always turn out the way they were predicted
GTA4, Saints Row 3?
looks good...put me in coach!!!
