They got me at Kameo 2. I thought the first game was way underrated. Have no idea how you would play Kameo 2 using something like Natal aside from making gestures to change her form.
I would agree. I own all 3 consoles and amazingly, the only ones that have failed were my PS3 Fat and my original Wii. The PS3 killed by Infamous and the Wii killed apparently by not being used which was odd to me. In any event electronics, particularly cheap and used, should always be viewed with skepticism. Thats not to say all though. I've had great luck with televisions and stereo equipment in particular.
Infamous killed mine, but had BB replacement plan so i traded it in for a slim when they came out. Much better console by far.
They ban based on console id or serial number not IP addresses. There are enough ways to get a different IP address that banning on IP address would be worthless.

It makes sense. Don't push the 360 before the E3 announcement of a price cut and then blast advertisements throughout the summer to get stock down in expectation of a new form factor system or just a new standard bundle.
I really really hope that MS gives up this stupid notion that the systems should not all have drives. 360 slims (assuming they exist) should all be equipped with HDD, and really should all be equipped with wireless. Perhaps if there is a Natal bundle it ...
Actually the price drop would be a necessity if they reveal a slim 360. If they reveal one, sales of the 360 would grind to an even slower pace. The only way to counter that is to make what's already out there cheaper. Otherwise you end up with a lot of stock of the old design along with stock of the new form factor which would spell disaster at retail.

If a 199 Elite is real, I hope that still isn't foretelling that the 149 Natal price is accurate. A $199 Elite with a $149 Natal is no where near worth the same as a 299 PS3 slim, even less so if the PS3 is getting a price reduction with a new model. I'm willing to give Natal a go, even with the disaster that will be the conference, but the price needs to be something that isn't a complete turn off. Also, where does that leave the Arcade? Its already $199, so if they lop $100 buck...

I know that I always preferred 2K Football. The more arcade like feel simply appeals to me more than Madden. But when 2K lost the license it simply wasn't going to survive. As fun as it is to play, aside from something like the monster football games, I want to play using my favorite teams. Once 2K gets the license back, it will be my game of choice.
The other thing 2K lost though was the ESPN license. I don't know that it means much, but it is something.
Why should they keep things exclusive? Square is a company that is about making money, first and foremost. They will obviously make more money if they choose to make the game for the 360. Hell Mass Effect should go to the PS3 while we're at it. You are not correct AutoFire. You need to do some research. A software patch wont magically change hardware. 1.3 cant transform to 1.4 by software. It is physically different hardware.
It requires HDMI to actually do 3D, which simply means that systems that didn't have HDMI wont be able to do it. However the 360 has had HDMI for a while now. As for patching the PS3 to be HDMI 1.4, that's not possible. You can't patch an actual hardware change, and thats what HDMI 1.4 is, actual new hardware. It is however a misnomer that you need 1.4 to do 3D. 3D is possible with 1.3.
